~Hawke~
There was very little left for me to escape without being noticed by the humans. My paws were starting to appear phasing in and out of sight. I pushed myself hard avoiding humans as they walked the passages. There were many of them and I had to take a different turn to avoid them as they made their way. As I waited in the passageway for a safe time to pass but the scent of blood was strong. I had to know exactly where and what it was coming from and hoped that it wasn't my kind. My limbs began to shake as I neared the end of the passageway and knew that there was nothing but death here.
A large ditch held hundreds of bodies of my kind and humans and other things that looked to be experiments. It sickened me to my core to see them all laid out as they were and the most sickening part were the pups and human children. This man had to die and soon before he killed more innocent beings. My heart felt heavy and it was a feeling I was not used to; I had a sense of guilt. I wanted to protect those who could not protect themselves.
Unfortunately, I was now fully visible and had to proceed with extra caution. At least now I had more information that could help us stop that monster. The humans were now gone and I was able to escape out of the secret passage way and to the wall that was opened. Everything went smoothly even getting into the enclosure was smooth. But for some reason the normal guards were replaced with different ones. There was blood left behind of many fallen and my only guess would be that the Royal got to them, but why?
Taking in the scents around me I was able to locate them running as fast as I could, but I halted when I got closer. Something was different, the energy around them both was different. A loud ear-splitting roar left him making the ground shake, I bowed instantly feeling his power. What was his problem?

Mimas had pulled away as we could sense a wolf approaching and I knew the beast was returning with a vengeance. As soon as he gained control, he let out a roar and Sirius bowed his head awaiting his command. My limbs began to lower to the ground as the order of the beast pushed me down.
His voice pushed into the mind link with great anger. It made me dizzy. 'We will talk later.' His menacing voice boomed and I felt my body shiver with fear.
I had almost forgotten that Sirius would return, and now he had to deal with the anger.
Thankfully there was no light surrounding him but there was still no telling what he would do to Sirius. I tried to open the mind link and speak to the Beast but there was nothing I could do; he had pushed me out.
'I have news about the humans and experiments.' I could now hear Sirius speak clearly. The beast nodded his head for him to continue and Sirius stepped forward, his head held low. 'They are using Avis light to change them, but many seem to fail. Many of our kind have suffered even the pups they have killed, there were hundreds.' He spoke.
My heart hurt for the mothers and the pups; how could they be so cruel? The Beast roared again in anger, his eyes now lit with rage. 'Has the old one regained her color?'
'No, she is grey but should reach her color soon. I'm afraid that many wolves will not make it out of there alive.' Sirius spoke.
Muffled and unknown words were spoken between him and Sirius and then he took off towards the exit. I was picked up by the scruff of my neck heading back towards the den. I wanted to reach out in the link but was too afraid of what he might say. Yet, I could feel his anger around me suffocating and crushing building fear within me. I had faith before he would never harm me, but now I only had faith that he would not kill me. Would he punish me harder?
My dread only got worse when the den came into view and I knew my fate was sealed. I was dropped to the ground none too gently as he stood over me, I dared not move. The seconds ticked by like hours and my heart was now drumming the inside of my chest. His paws were in front of me, his claws digging into the dirt beneath them, I dared not look up at him. The link began to open and I knew I was in trouble now.
'What did he say to you?' The mind link boomed. I was afraid, what should I say without angering him further? I could not tell him anything without giving away that his time was limited. 'That he missed me.' His canines came around my neck with shooting pain and blood dripping down to the ground. 'I'll ask you one more time, what did he say to you?'
This time I knew that I had to give him more than that or else this torture would continue. I whimpered as he bit down harder impatiently for my response. 'That he would try to make it back to me, and that I was not alone and would be protected.' I said quickly before he could bite down further.
'How was he able to take over? What did you do to me?' He shook his massive head, his canines still embedded in my neck the pain erupted more. 'Nothing, I've done nothing to you.' Which was the truth I did nothing, something else did. 'You said you would not harm me but you are hurting me.' I responded to him; his grip let go as he circled around me.
'Harming you is different from punishment!' His roar shook the den making some dirt fall. 'You disobeyed me when I told you to wake me from sleep, if he returned. Yet you chose to help the one who does not protect you.'
Rolling to my back exposing my stomach to him I whimpered and whined as his power made me submit. 'I did not disobey, he commanded me to do the opposite. Please do not punish me anymore, I'm sorry.' I begged.
Moments passed but I did not move until his snout nudged me to stand. My head remained bowed as he watched me closely as I shook with fear.
'Very well, but you are to report to me everything that he says to you! Do I make myself clear?' 'Yes.' My ears flattened against my head as I whimpered at the command. There was no way that Mimas could get around that one unless it was stronger than the Beast. I feared that he would soon force me to tell him everything that we talked about before. I know he told me to remain strong but how could I when I folded so easily against them.
The anger increased as he left the den giving a command to stay put. I was nervous inside and could not stop the feeling that something bad would happen if I did not figure a way around this. If Mimas failed, I would be stuck with this wolf forever. There was a familiar push inside my head and I let them through feeling a wash of relief and guilt.
'Just where have you been child?!' Wolf mother's kind voice asked but I could still feel her anger with me. Everyone seemed to be angry with me.
'I'm sorry wolf mother, a lot has happened.' Where could I start? There was so much that I had to share with her. 'Are you alright.' She asked. 'Yes, I am fine.' 'Start from the beginning, I know you have much to tell me.'
Wolf mother listened patiently as I told her all that had happened since I last spoke to her. She was calm and waited to ask her questions at the end. She fell silent for a while and I wondered if she had left me until she spoke again softly. 'It seems that our time here has come to an end, I'm happy. Your beast will help you with his, I know you are afraid but this is what we were made for. After all you are a royal now and should be treated and act as such. Show him that and he will recede, just give your beast time she is still changing.' She assured me.
'Thank you wolf mother, please be safe and I will inform you on the next steps to freedom. I'm sorry that I have not talked to you in so long I meant to so many times.'
'I understand dear. Be safe little one and remember that I'm here whenever you need me.' She cut the link off and I was left alone again.
There was so much that had to be done and time was running out, I just hoped that it would be Mimas by my side along with all the wolves.
