"I wanted to make a promise to you that I'll always be there right at your side as your biggest supporter. This ring symbolizes my desire to marry you, one day it'll be replaced with an engagement ring and then a wedding ring with a fat diamond on it." I started to get excited.

Dakota laughed through the few tears that were running down her face.

"I want you to always remember, whenever you look at this, that I love you and I will for the rest of my life."

The ring was on her finger and I was proud that I actually didn't mess anything up.

"I'm gonna cry, I love you." Dakota fanned her face.

"No don't do that you're gonna ruin your makeup."

"I know," She laughed carefully wiping her cheek.

"I don't like making you cry, even if it's happy tears."

"Happy tears are fine."

I shook my head and embraced her once again, I felt her arms wrap around me and we stood there for a few minutes. The nighttime sprinkle started to come down on us which led us back to the car,

"Why's this rain so cold!" Dakota yelled running back into the passenger seat.

"Because it's cold outside," I responded following her to the passenger side.

Before she could put both feet in the car and close the door I was standing in front of her. My lips were instantly on hers without a moment of hesitation, my fingers traced her jawline and chin as her hands reached for the waistband of my pants. She pulled me closer to her by my belt and half my body was forced into the car, I was getting waves of both pleasure and panic thinking about being on the side of the road. My hands went onto her back so I could prop her up while her hands went into my hair messing it up, when I pulled back Dakota bit my lip lightly while looking at me innocently.

"You make it really hard to pull away," I smirked standing up straight.

"Good," She said seductively.

She sat in the car properly and I was able to close her door before I got in the car.

"Do I have lipstick all over my face?" I asked opening my door.

She looked over to me, "Yea, all around your mouth."

"Do I pull off the look?"

"Yea you look hot," She nodded in approval.

"God I'm so in love with you," I laughed nervously as I started the car.

I was still covered in lipstick with my hair disheveled.

"I want the rest of my body looking what my lips look like right now."

"I don't know if I have enough lipstick for that," Dakota laughed playing with my fingers.

"I will buy you more."

"Really?" She questioned excitedly. "You'll go in the makeup store with me?"

"Of course, I would, why wouldn't I?"

"I thought boys don't like that store."

"I mean it's not my favorite store but I have no problem going in there."

"Yay, you'll go makeup shopping."

"I'm a superior breed of boy," I shrugged nonchalantly.

"Yea I think you are."

We were stopped at the light before her grandma's street.

"Let me fix your face," Dakota said turning my head.
