I had seen her before, but not in person. But in photos in Luke's house.

"Dakota this is Brooklyn and Baylor," Luke's mom said "Guys this is Luke's girlfriend,"

I smiled and waved,

"Oh, finally another girl my age!" Brooklyn announced

"Wanna come to my room?" She asked

"Sure," I said walking towards her

We walked to another room in this huge house I didn't know existed. 

"So I know your names Dakota and I know your Luke's girlfriend... what else should I know?" She asked closing the door 

"Um I love the beach and binging Netflix," I responded

"Ok it's settled we are gonna get along very well," She responded smiling 

"Sounds good to me, what's your fav show?" I asked 

"Probably either Criminal Minds or Stranger things," She said 

"No way those are my fav too!" 

We talked about ourselves for a good half hour, 

"Damn I really forgot to shave," She said looking at her armpit

"Girl same! I was thinking about going to get a wax or something, I'm way too lazy to shave," I responded

"We should go get one," She said looking at me

"Wait you'll really go with me?" I asked astonished 

"Yes, do you know how long I've been waiting for a girl my age to do girly things with?" She said looking at me

"Honestly the fact that I've only been around these boys for the past 2 days I can feel your pain," I said

We both booked a full body wax that was about 15 minutes away, 

"I'm gonna go get changed and I'll meet you downstairs," I said starting to get up 

"Ok, meet me down there in 10," Brooklyn said

I nodded and walked down the hall a little ways to my room, I grabbed a pair of running shorts and a tank top to throw on. 

"Where are you going?" Luke asked groggily 

"Out," I responded taking my shirt off fast 

"Where's out?" He asked 

"I gotta go take care of lady stuff," I told him

"Like?" 

"It's nothing major, I'm getting a wax," I laughed pulling my hair up 

"Awe I kinda liked the hair," He said jokingly 

"I do not like it, it's gotta go," I said walking over to him and getting my phone off the table

"Who are you going with?" He asked grabbing and pulling me onto the bed

"Your cousin," I responded

"Hunter?" He questioned

"No, Brooklyn, why would I go get a full body wax with Hunter?" I laughed 

"Oh, I didn't even know she was here? Do you know if her brother is here too?" 

"Yea they got here this morning," I said scooting into him, "Did you have fun last night?" I tried to see if he actually went to his cousins. 

"Yea we played GTA until like 3 am," He yawned

I played around with his hair as he looked at me, 

"I'll let you sleep then," I said trying to get up
