Chapter 12

LANCE'S POV~

I woke up to a big bang coming from the kitchen. I forgot that Keith was in my hands and accidentally woke him up.

"Mmmm where are you going?" He asked rubbing his eyes to get a bit focus.

"I'll be back. Just sleep ok?" I told him. He was looking at me for some moments and then when to sleep. I have always found him very cute.

I put on some pants and went down stairs to see who is in the kitchen. I saw the light that came from the fridge. There was a shadow. I looked at who it was Anne turns out it's just Veronica. She was red handed.

"Suprised" I asked her from behind. She jumped at my voice and nearly broke a glass that was on the table. I was glad it didn't broke.

"What the fuck Lance!!?? You are supposed to be sleeping with your boyfriend right now" she hissed at me.

"You should be in bed too. It's not like I am the only one who's supposed to be in bed" I whisper yelled at her. I tried not to use my alpha voice on her even though she is older and she doesn't care.

Soon enough I heard footsteps coming downstairs. I hoped that it wasn't mom. When she gets angry she will beat the hell out of us. I quickly went to the living room and hid behind the couch. Veronica was under the table. I saw mom's figure roaming around. As soon as she went to the kitchen u ran upstairs and went to the guests room and closed the door. Unfortunately I closed it a little too loud and woke Keith again. He opened his eyes and sat down.

"Are u ok Lance?" He asked. He was very sleepy. I really feel bad for interrupting his sleep.

"Yea. Everything is fine" I said to him. Just as I said that I heard the door open to the room. I looked behind and saw mom standing there with a slipper. Right there I knew I was in trouble. Keith was confused, which made his expression cute.

"Lance. You are not supposed to be in here. Go to your room now" my mom shouted. But not loud enough to wake up the whole family.

"Mama. Puedo explicarlo" I told my mom. She looked at me with a look.

(Translation: mom, I can explain)

"Let's take this outside" my mom said and left. I saw Keith just looking at me confused.

"I'll be back to cuddle with you as soon as I explain my mom what's happening" I said and kissed his for head and left the room.

KEITH'S POV~

Lance left after kissing my forehead. I can't believe the fuck is going on. I knew that we had our little moment a few hours ago. I loved it. It felt so right. Just then my depression started hitting me.

'he's never gonna love you. Your week. He'll only use u for your bday and leave you' it kept on repeating again and again. I just felt like I want to jump of a cliff. Tears started to fall out. Lance is famous in school. "I am just a nobody". I said to myself. I cried quietly. I want to get out of here. Soon I heard someone come in.

"What's wrong Keith?" It was Lance. He was hugging me and scenting me. He have a great scent. It smelled like the ocean. He was asking me if everything is alright. I didn't want to tell him about my family and I didn't want to tell him I had depression. So instead I told something else. Lance knew right away that I was lying.

"Keith I know you're lying. Just tell me the truth. I'll listen to you. I want to know you better. Cause I love you. Remember. The park. I'll protect you from the cruel life you look like you are having. Just please. Tell me" he begged. So I gave up. It's not like I can shout at him.

"Fine fine. I give up holding to all these secrets. And I love you too. But if I tell you this u must promise to never tell anyone about this" I said giving him a signal to slap my hand to except the promise and he did.  I was glad.

"I promise I won't tell" he said
