*one day later*

Ric's POV

Yesterday had been way too much for me, first I had to walk in on my sister and my friend, and as much as I care about Damon, I don't want him to be with my sister. Then, my 'anger issues' took over and I had to face my parents with Kathy unconscious and Damon's broken nose. They wouldn't buy the self defense bit. Then, I had to sit through one of the most awkward dinners of my life, clearly Papi didn't feel any differently about Damon than I do. We know Damon and Nova's story, but as sad as it is, it still doesn't mean he's right for Kathy. Then I had to see that Kathy truly has fallen for Damon, she would never admit it, but I saw how they looked at each other as they danced, no one looks at each other like that unless they have fallen for each other. Lastly, I met my Uncle Fred. The Fred Weasley. All in all, yesterday was exhausting.

Today, I'm with my two best friends in my room, just hanging out and eating pizza.

Hugo took another slice of pizza, leaving only 1 slice left, and both me and Al glared at him.

"What?" He asked as he stuffed the pizza slice into his mouth.

"You're a bloody pig." Al said and cringed at how Hugo fit the whole slice into his mouth with such ease.

"You only left one! There's two more of us here." I complained.

"You guys already took slices." Hugo brushed us off.

"We each took 1. A pizza comes with 8 slices. That means you took 5. 5 slices of pizza! How do you eat like this and yet still look like that?!" Al complained, rolling his eyes as he looked up and down at Hugo's lean body.

"Fast metabolism, mate. It's not my fault. Blame the Lord." Hugo smirked as he sipped on his soda.

"One of these days, you're going to eat so much that your fast metabolism will end. We'll see what you do then." Al reprimanded while he took the slice of pizza that was left and split it in two smaller slices with his hand, giving me the bigger piece.

"Thank you." I quickly thanked him. "But, I don't think that's how metabolism works, Al."

"Whatever. Point is: learn to share, Hugo." Al rolled his eyes as he took a bite out of his slice.

"I do share! I left you two a piece, didn't I?" Hugo claimed and both Al and I snorted.

"Whatever." Al repeated. "But... wait till Ric spills some real tea about your dear cousin that he discovered yesterday." He nudged me and I laughed.

"Get this: Kathy's dating Damon." All of us were sitting in a small circle formation, sitting with our legs crossed on the floor of my room. Both Hugo and Al leaned in at this information, eagerly wanting to know more.

"Shut." Hugo began.

"Up." Al said and I scoffed.

"I already told you this, chump." I smacked the side of Al's head and he flipped me off. "But anyway. Yeah. My sister is dating that motherfucker." I said, pointing at his bed in my dorm. He isn't here right now. He's with Kathy.

I hope he's with her anyway, and not with another one of his girls.

"And that's not all. Tell him how you found out." Al encouraged and I rolled my eyes at his urge to gossip.

"I walked in on my sister and Damon—"

"Shagging?!" Hugo asked and I faked a vomiting sound.

"Hugo! Don't put that image in my head. No. I walked in on them making out on his fucking desk!" I yelled in frustration, overcome with the sudden urge to destroy his desk. "That motherfucker was shoving his tongue down my baby sister's throat!"
