As soon as I got done talking with Rush, Kim, and Carmina, I immediately wanted to find Jacob, John, Faith, and Samuel. I found Jacob first, he was sitting in the living room on the couch, cleaning his glock.

"Joseph's alive. And I'm gonna go find him. He could help us defeat the Twins. You, John, Faith, and Sam are coming with me."

"What? Joseph's alive?"

"Yeah... Come here. Let me show you what I found. It'll explain everything." I stated as I walked over to the note on the little table on the stairs; picking up the letter, I handed it to him and he instantly started reading it.

'New Eden

This is what's left of Eden's Gate, and what Joseph grew from it once he left his bunker.

They've completely rejected everything to do with the modern world before the Collapse. Electricity, engines, generators, guns: it's all gone.

After the Collapse, Joseph gathered all his people and built a new compound up North. For the better part of a decade, we left each other alone while we rebuilt.

Now they only leave their compound at night to attack the Highwaymen. If I didn't know any better, I'd swear those masked fuckers are afraid of Joseph's people.'

"I'll be goddamned." Jacob cursed, slightly crumbling the bottom of the note on accident; he slammed the piece of paper down on the table. "We need to go, now. Find the others and tell them to go with us. I'll meet you guys outside."

"Yes sir." I gave him a salute, almost bursting out laughing.

He gave me a glare as I made my way to find the others.

Once I brought them outside, I got in the passenger seat while Jacob drove, John was behind Jake in the backseat, Faith was in the middle, and Cap was behind me. After a couple minutes of driving North, a voice spoke through my radio.

"We came close, rabbit. You managed to hang on... barely. How long do you think you can hold out? 'Cuz me and Mickey are definitely gonna look for payback!" Lou clamored through the CB; she was obviously furious.

"Fuck you bitch! I'm gonna kill you! I'm gonna fucking kill you and Mickey! I hope you two rot in hell when I'm through with your asses!" I growled at the Twin, harshly turning off my radio.

"Damn." John chuckled from the backseat. "I remember when you used to say that to me." He had a smug look on his face. "And I'm still alive."

"Shut up, John." I snapped at the youngest Seed brother. "You're not helping this situation."

Sam butted into the conversation. "I heard the New Edeners burn their dead at a place not far from here. I've heard stories about some kind of vault hidden there as well. Could be worth a look."

"Not now, Rice." Jacob snapped, keeping his eyes on the dirt road.

Sam huffed as he continued to stare out at the scenery whizzing by.

"Can we turn some music on?" Faith asked innocently, beaming at me; she had a flower in her hair with her same white dress on. She was so pure.

"Sure." I flashed her a smile as I turned the radio on.

Immediately, the Highwaymen music filled the car. The beat was jarring the car and the steering wheel was shaking due to the bumpy dirt road. The song was blasting through the speakers, the bass dropping more as I turned the volume up.

"Turn this dog shit off, Axl." Jacob scowled; he definitely did not like this kind of music. "What the fuck?!"

"Chill, Jacob. It's just a song." I rolled my eyes, gazing out the window.

"Yeah, a shitty song I do. Not. Want. To. Hear." Jacob brusquely replied as he turned off the radio.

"Fuck you."

"No, fuck you, Axl."

"You need to calm down."

"You're the one that needs to calm down, goddamnit."

John commented, "Hey, hey, hey, hey. For fuck's sake, shut your mouths. We should almost be there, right, Jacob?"

"I don't know." I mumbled to John, still peering out the window; I was mad at Jacob and I was going to ignore him until I wasn't anymore. Maybe me being angry at him was stupid, petty, and even childish, but I didn't care.

"I was asking my brother." John responded as he looked at Jacob. "Jacob?"

Jacob just shrugged his shoulders as he continued to drive.

About thirty minutes passed by and we came upon the place that was supposedly New Eden.

We all piled out of the car and walked up to the wooden gate. I was leading the others as I unholstered my revolver, forcing them to stay behind me in case shit hit the fan as I knocked on the stronghold.

After a few seconds, the small window opened, revealing a hooded, masked man with a bow and arrow. Then, he shook his head, closing the window back. I turned around to see the group gaping at what just happened.

Instantly, I seen a vision of Joseph beside them.

"Can you hear my voice, Gift?" He asked me as he pointed toward the river.

As soon as the vision was over with, I started darting toward the river, my legs having a mind of their own.

"Axl! Where are you going?!" Jacob shouted from behind me.

I didn't reply as I kept running. When I came upon the boat, I got in. Before I could leave, Sam grabbed ahold of the boat.

"What are you doing?" He asked.

"I seen a vision of Joseph. Tell the others. I need to go to the island, but I'll be back. I just need to do this alone. Trust me." I replied as quickly as I could while he released the boat, nodding in the process.

"Be safe out there, Dep." Sam smiled softly at me as I did the same.

I forced the old boat to go forward, causing Cap to let go of the boat, the vision of the Father leading me to where he wants me to go.
