Chapter 41

Caroline's POV
Klaus decided to take me to this cafe but it looks like a miniature breakfast restaurant. It's really nice and as soon as you open the front door, you can smell the food and it smells really good.

"Have you ever eaten here before?" Klaus asked me as we take a seat at a table and Klaus sits in front of me.

"No I haven't." I say to him.

"Well I think you'll love it here." He says. "I'll let you order here since it's your first time. You deserve to order whatever you want." Klaus says to me. That is very sweet of him.

"Thank you." I say to him.

"Hi, are you two ready to order?" The red headed waitress asked us. "Wait. You're Klaus Mikaelson." She says.

"Yes I am." He says to me.

"Oh my god. It's a pleasure to be serving you. What can I get you?" She asked and she sounds a lot more enthusiastic than before.

"Well I'll let my lovely girlfriend decide what she wants to eat first." Klaus says and the waitress turns to me.

"Of course. What can I get you ma'am?" She asked me.

"Can I have a coffee and the breakfast special today. And can my coffee have cream with no sugar please?" I asked her.

"Of course." She says and she writes down my order.

"And what can I get you Mr. Mikaelson?" She asked.

"I would have the Mikaelson usually. It's under Klaus." He says to her.

"Great choice sir." She says and she writes it down. "I'll be back with your orders." She says and she walks away.

"The Mikaelson usually?" I questioned Klaus.

"I use to come here everyday before I was so busy. They knew what I wanted everyday and they made my meal a special. It's called the Mikaelson and it's the number one best selling breakfast in this cafe." Klaus explain to me.

"That's really impressive." I say to him.

"Thank you." He says with his usual smirk. "I also have something to tell you. Before I take you to our surprised place after breakfast. Do you mine if we take a quick stop over the hospital? I got a call from Bonnie this morning and she wanted me to check up on the children." Klaus asked me.

"Of course." I say to him.

"We won't be there long. I promise." He says.

"Klaus don't worry. It's okay. I'm not complaining." I assure him.

"Thanks Love." He says and Klaus picks up my hand from the table and kisses the back of it. I blush a little at his affection.

"I'm back with your orders." The red headed waitress says coming back with a cart. She places our coffee's first and than our meals and they smell delicious. As she places our food, Klaus and I eat.

Breakfast was amazing. I loved that cafe that Klaus took me. I wouldn't mind going back there again. Klaus told me that he actually owns part of the cafe mainly because of his special is there.

Klaus and I arrived at the hospital where the sick orphans are. It feels a bit weird coming back here. Especially what happened last time.

Oh you mean when Klaus pleasured you with his tongue.

Shut up and that wasn't even supposed to happen anyways.

I'm sure Klaus wanted it to happen.

As me and Klaus walk in the hospital together, We don't see a lot of people inside today.

"Bonnie." Klaus says as we approach her.

"Klaus, uh you're here."Bonnie says and she looks very tensed.

"Of course I'm here. You wanted me to come to check on everything." Klaus says to her.

"Klaus there is something you should know." Bonnie says nervously.

"What is it Bonnie?" He questioned her.

"Klaus!" I hear a unfamiliar voice calling out behind me and Klaus. We turn around to see it's a guy in a dark gray suite.

"Tyler? What are you doing here?" Klaus questioned him and he sounded pretty vexed.

"I thought I'd come by and see your charity event that you payed so much money for." Tyler says. He sounds so smug to me and I don't like his vibe at all.

"This isn't your charity event, so leave." Klaus demands him.

"Woah, what's the problem Klaus. We both want the same thing. I donated to my own charity to. I actually wanted to help out and donate more money as well." Tyler offers.

"No! We don't need your money. I have everything under control here." Klaus kind of shouts at him.

"Fine. I guess you're right." He says and Tyler begins to walk up closer to my direction. "And you must be the beautiful Caroline Forbes." Tyler says.

"How do you know my name?" I questioned him.

"You're all over the news and magazines. You and Klaus are New Orleans hottest couple and I can see why. You are way more prettier in person than on TV." Tyler says. I see Klaus cutting in front of me as he stands in front of Tyler "What's the problem Klaus?" Tyler asked him.

"My problem is you. Stop talking to my girlfriend." Klaus says to him.

"We were just introducing each other but fine. I understand. If I were you, I wouldn't want my girlfriend talking to a handsome man like myself." Tyler says. He is so full of himself. He's worse than Kol actually. Kol maybe a flirt but not like this. "Okay you're obviously not in the mood so I'll leave. It was nice meeting you Caroline." Tyler says as he picks up my hand and kisses the back of it. He kisses it longer then he should and he starts to look up at me with his eyes.

"That's enough." Klaus says removing my hand from his grip.

"I'll see you around Klaus." Tyler says with a smirk and he turns around and begins to walk away. "Oh I almost forgot. Theres an event tonight. A special party that the Mayor has set up." Tyler says turning around and handing Klaus a golden envelope. "All the richest people in the city will be there." Tyler says. "Plus ones are included." He mentions as Tyler gives me a small wink. I roll my eyes.

A party? Tonight. Set up by the Mayer. This is super important.
