Chapter 27

Caroline's POV
"There you are." The short brown hair girl says to us. "We've been waiting for you Klaus." She says.

"Right of course. Caroline I'll be right back." Klaus tells me and he released his arm from me. I follow Klaus and the girl with the brown hair and I think her name was Bonnie as she takes Klaus to the podium

"Good Morning everyone. I would like to thank all of of you for coming here to help and the lovely Ms. Bonnie Bonnet for organizing this whole thing for us. It really mean a lot to me to be able to help these wonderful children today. I always loved to help out as much as I can. I like to thank the hospital for making us keep the children here so they can get the help they need to recover and hopefully in a few weeks, we can find them a foster home." Klaus says and everyone cheers and claps their hands as he walks off the podium.

Klaus comes up to me and places his hand on my back  "Smile." He whispers to me. I roll my eyes and do what he says.

I look over at the crowd to see Lucas starring at me but once he sees my gaze, he turns away. I feel really bad for him. Klaus shouldn't have threatened him. He really can be asshole.

"I will be back soon. I have to get ready to donate the money to the hospital." Klaus says to me.

"So you leave while I stay?" I questioned him, rolling my eyes at Klaus.

"I told you that I am a very busy man Caroline and don't be silly. You will be helping out the workers by feeding the children." Klaus says.

"Whatever Klaus just do what you have to do." I say to him annoyed.

Klaus sighs. "Fine but when I get back, we are leaving." He says and Klaus gives me a kiss on the forehead and leaves.

I sigh heavily and make my way to the waiting room to where the children were at. I see a bunch of workers now but the one I see is Lucas. He's handing out a sandwich and water to a little girl.

I walk over to him and tap his shoulder. Lucas looks at me confused.

"Hey Lucas, can I talk to you for just a minute?" I asked him.

"Depends. Is you boyfriend Klaus here to kill me?" He asked and I kind of chuckle.

"No he's in a meeting and you don't have to worry about him. He's all bark and no bite." I say to him.

"Well alright then." Lucas says and I pull him away to a more secluded area.

"I just want to say I'm sorry about Klaus. He can be an ass sometimes but he has his ways of trying to protect me even though I don't need protecting." I admit to Lucas.

"Yeah, he is very intimidating. I had no idea that you two were together." He says to me.

"We recently started dating but I wanted to apologize and maybe one day I would like to eat out with you." I say to Lucas.

"Wouldn't your boyfriend get mad about that?" Lucas asked me.

"He would but I don't care. You're a good guy." I say to him

"Thanks I try." He says and I giggle a little.

"I'm sorry once again." I say to him.

"It's all good." He says. "Can we hug at least?" He asked.

"Sure." I say and I hug Lucas. We let go seconds later and we walk back together and we stop until we see Klaus in front of us.

"Klaus I-" I begin to say.

"What did I just told you?" He asked me. He looks mad or worse. He's livid.

"Tell me what? You didn't tell me anything." I state to him, trying to hold my ground.

"You! Out of here!" Klaus demands Lucas and he speeds walk away. I cross my arms looking at Klaus.

"You're such a fucking dick!" I kind of shout at him.

"Come with me." Klaus says and he grabs my arm and drags me into a near by room.

"Klaus let go of me." I say struggling to break his grip.

Klaus finally lets go and when he does I slap him across the face. Klaus is unfazed by it and he looks at me with anger. Klaus doesn't take his gaze off me and I don't take my eyes off him.

"Fuck this." Klaus says and he smashes his lips into mine. I kiss him back and I can feel Klaus's tongue trying to reach down my throat as we kiss passionately.

Klaus picks me up and places me on the hospital bed. Klaus travels his lips to my neck roughly as he kisses and sucks my neck. I feel Klaus lifting my shirt over my head as he kisses my chest. I grab ahold of his hair has he sucks my breasts.
