Chapter 42

Caroline's POV
Klaus basically drags me into the parking lot as we sit back in the car. It's silent and Klaus doesn't even start the engine yet.

"Klaus please don't be upset." I finally says to break the silence.

"He came here to get inside my head." Klaus says.

"Than don't let him. Don't make him ruin our day together." I say to Klaus.

"He was trying to come on to you Caroline. He was trying to steal you away." Klaus says.

"No one can steal me away. I'm not leaving you to go to that.....asshole. He was unprofessional and disrespectful to you." I say to Klaus and he turns to look at me.

"So you don't like Tyler?" He questions me.

"No I don't." I say to him and Klaus leans in to kiss me on the lips. I place my hand onto Klaus's face as I feel his tongue trying to reach down my throat as we make out passionately.

Klaus releases his lips as he reaches to kiss my neck. I bite my button lip as I feel him sucking my neck. I moan as I feel Klaus trying to reach the back of my ear.

"Klaus we are in the parking lot. We can't have sex here." I say trying to stop him from going any further.

"I know. I don't wish to have sex here in the car. We will simply resume this in the bedroom at home." Klaus says with his same old seductive smirk.

"So your plan was to tease me a little to get me turned on?" I questioned Klaus.

"Maybe a slight teasing but I didn't know you were getting turned on."Klaus says with his smirk still on his face and I roll my eyes.

"So anyways, where is this place you promised to take me?" I questioned Klaus as I try to move on from our previous subject.

"You'll see. It's a surprise." Klaus says and he starts the car engine and backs up and drives out of the hospital.

Klaus has been driving for a while and we ended up going somewhere out of the city. We are in a place with a lot of grass. I tried asking Klaus where we're going a couple of times but he still won't budge. I hate surprises but I have to admits, I'm kind of excited.

Klaus finally slows down and we ended up parking at this big farm place. I'm not sure why we are here but I'm trusting Klaus.

"Why are we at a farm?" I finally asked him.

"I brought you here for a special ride." Klaus admits.

"A ride? Ride for what?" I asked him but Klaus just smiles and steps out of the car. Klaus walks over to my side of the car and opens the door to help me come out. "Ride for what Klaus?" I asked him again.

"Klaus Mikaelson is that you?" A blonde lady says to him. She has a accent just like Klaus and she's wearing some kind of outfit that I'm not sure of. It's not a farm outfit but she has one a bunch of protective gear on her.

"Hello Maya." He says to her.

"What bring you back here? I haven't seen you in years." She asked him.

"I'm here for a special occasion. Me and my girlfriend Caroline wanted to see if the horses are available." Klaus says. Did he say horses? Like horses?

"Yes they are. You are welcome to go check on them and everything. They are just in the back." She says to him.

"Perfect. Thank you Maya." He says to her.

"No problem." She says and she walks away from us.

"You brought me here to see horses?" I asked Klaus.

"I did. When I was a kid. My mother use to take us here. Every Sunday for horse back riding. My family use to work on farms a very long time again until we got money. My favorite part of coming here was riding the horses." Klaus says to me.

"I love horses. I actually always wanted to ride one." I admit to Klaus.

"Well today is your lucky days because I will take you horse back riding." Klaus says to me and I smile brightly.

"Seriously! Oh my god! Thank you." I say to Klaus as I hug him tight. I'm so happy right now. I always wanted to go horse back riding. Klaus is really making my dreams come true today.
