NATUTOP NI AYA ang bibig niya ng makita sa bank account niya ang ten digit numbets na halaga ng pera na na naroon. Sabi nang abugado niya kahapon ay nilipat na sa pangalan nya at bank account niya ang pera na mula sa ama. She was shocked as hell to know that big sum of money was transferred to her name. Ganun ba kalaki ang halaga ng pera ng ama niya? She remembered hindi naman ganun siguro kalaki ang nakukuha nito as a shareholder of the company.

Itatanong pa sana niya kay Zion pero pinili nalang niya na hindi ito isturbuhin. He was not in the mood since last day na umuwi ito ng tanghali to join her for lunch.

'Ano kaya ang problema nun and ganun iyon ka problemado.?'

But she was still lucky that he takes good care of her kahit ganun ang mood nito.

They slept together but this last few days. Zion maybe forgot it at minsan di siya pinapansin nito.

Night came when she decided to ask him.

Lumingon naman sa kanya si Zion saka pinisil ang pisngi niya.

"Work!" tipid na sagot nito. Sinubsob naman niya ang ulo niya sa dibdib nito habang nakasandal sa headboard.

She closed her eyes dahil namimiss niya ito. Then a cold thing touches her bare neck. Binuksan niya ang mga mata niya and saw a gold necklace with a pendant of a heart with letter Z and A it was tied together like it will lose if the other half will dissappear.

"That's us. Once the other letter will fall the other will fall too. So stay with me whatever happens okay? Trust me and never lose the other half." he explains and gives her a peck kiss.

Ngumiti naman siya ng malawak saka yumakap ng mahigpit rito. She may be emotional and sensitive sometimes but since he's around with her, she's at ease. She really love this man.

"Thank you Zion!" wika niya. Ngumiti naman si Zion saka yumakap rin sa kanya and kissed her forehead.

Tumunog naman ang phone ni Aya kaya inabot niya ito sa bedside table at tiningnan ang tumatawag.

"Si Kairo!" bulalas niya. Tumitig naman sa kanya si Zion ng seryuso. Hinalikan lang niya ito sa labi saka tumayo at lumabas sa veranda ng bahay niya.

She missed Kairo dahil minsan na sila nagkikita lalo na si Shen at Grae. Lalo pa't Christmas Vacation na nila and two weeks from now would be Christmas.

She was even planning to have a trip with Zion before Christmas day. This was her first Christmas with him by his side as her boyfriend and husband.

"Kai!" sagot niya sa tawag nito.

("Hey? Are you okay?") Tanong nito. Nakakunot noo naman siyang nakatingin sa kawalan. Anong klaseng tanong ba iyon.

"Yes, I am fine. Ano bang klaseng tanong iyan!"

("Are you sure? You didn't get outside? Or even looked online?") tanong ni Kairo.

"Hindi, nasa bahay lang ako maghapon! Bakit ba?" takang tanong niya.

("Nothing. Take good care okay and call me if something happens! Is he there.")

"Oo, nasa loob."

("Okay. That's good. Good night.")

"Okay!" sagot niya saka naman naputol ang tawag.

She was expecting Kairo to tell her about their restaurants opening. Ang balita sa kanya ni Clair ay maayos na. They even hired some cook for the restaurant and what they were waiting is the auspicious day for the grand opening.
