Chapter 14:

Damn, I couldn't even kiss Lily while we're in a plane because her brother's beside her! Pinlano ko pa naman 'yon pero hindi ko akalaing... fuck. I should've prepared for the worst.

"You better be a nice boy, Aldrin," Louie, Lily's brother, told me earlier.

Boy? Mas matanda ka lang ng tatlong taon sa akin pero hindi na ako bata!

The plane already landed and we're on our way to El Nido. Maraming ikinukuwento sa akin si Lily tungkol sa relatives niya, para raw sa loob ng tatlong araw na nandito kami, mayroon akong alam sa mga kasama ko sila at kahit papaano, hindi masiyadong stranger ang mga tao sa akin.

"Mababait sila," Lily said while we're on the van. "Basta sakyan mo na lang. Lalo si Kuya Louie. He's just protective since I'm his younger sister but he's just like you," she winked at me, making me rolled my eyes at her.

I told her not to wink at me!

Nang makarating kami sa hotel, I booked my own hotel room. Nakakahiya kung pati ang hotel accomodations ko, sila pa ang sasagot. Si Lily na nga ang nagbayad ng plane ticket ko.

Nang makarating kami sa sari-sarili naming mga k'warto, naligo kaagad ako at nagbihis. Magpapahinga sana ako nang marinig kong may kumatok sa pinto. Nang pinagbuksan ko kung sino 'yon, nakita ko si Lily na may dalang pagkain.

"Sabay na tayong kumain. Miryenda, babe," she said as she put the tray on the table.

Ngumiti ako at sumunod sa kan'ya matapos kong isarado ang pinto. Naupo ako sa tabi niya sa maliit na couch at kumain na rin ng mga tinapay na dala niya na nkalagay sa plato.

"What did your friend says?" tanong niya nang maupo ako sa tabi niya.

Nagkibit-balikat ako. "Wala. Huwag daw kitang bubuntisin," I chuckled, but she didn't. I looked at her; her face is red now. "Why?" I asked, laughing.

"Wala!" she said, laughing.

Iniiwas niya sa paningin ko ang mukha niya, iniiwas na makita ko kung gaano namumula ang mga ito.

"Hey," I said, laughing. "Why is your face red?"

She laughed. "Wala nga! Promise!"

I laughed. "You imagined us, 'no?"

She laughed louder, making her face me. "Hindi, 'no!" tumayo siya at lumapit sa mini-refrigerator. "Asa ka!" she added.

I stood up and followed her. She took a can of beer but I took it away from her, putting it back to the fridge. I hold her arms so I can corner her. "Don't lie to me."

She gulped, looking away at me. "H-Hindi naman ako nagsisinungaling."

I bit my lower lip when her face became redder. "Really, huh?"

She raised her left eyebrows as she looked at me, challenging me. "Y-Yes."

I chuckled before planting a kiss on her lips. "Kahit halikan kita niyan?"

She gulped. "I-It doesn't affect me."

I laughed before I kissed her for few more seconds. "Even if the kiss gets longer, you would still say that it doesn't affect you?"

She gulped again. "Y-Yes!"

I smirked when I saw how troubled her eyes now. I leaned forward, claiming her lips longer, as I pushed her gently to the bed beside us. I crawled on top of her for more comfortable position on top of her, and I felt her legs wrapped around mine as she kissed me back.
