My Weasley (Fred x Reader)

Chapter 17- Chosen For Harry

The night Harry had come into the common room saying he had figured out the egg, we went through the books we had there since we couldn't go to the library at night. To our disappointment, we found nothing that night. We were now in the library ,the night before the tournament, trying to solve it.

"Harry tell me again." said Hermione as she was pacing back and forth in the isle we were in searching for books.

"Come seek us where our voices sound." repeated Harry for the fourth time as he hit his head on a book.

"Ron wake up." I said as I handed him the egg.

"The black Lake, that's obvious." said Hermione.

"An hour long you'll have to look."

"Look for what though?" I asked.

Harry sounded awfully stressed. The task was only hours away.

"Again obvious, though i must admit potentially problematic."

"Potentially problematic? When was the last time you held your breath under the water for an hour Hermione?" said Harry stressed.

"Look Harry, we can do this. The four of us can figure this out." I said as I put a comforting hand on his shoulder. Out of nowhere, Moody appeared.

"Hate to break up this scholar session but Professor McGonagall would like to see you in her office." We all stood up and gathered our books before being stopped by Moody. "Not you Potter and Weasley, just Black and Granger. Actually, Weasley your brothers are looking for you."

Hermione and I didn't want to leave Harry but we had to. The three of is headed out of the library leaving Harry behind.

"Ron there you are." said George as him and Fred ran into us.

"Hello love, Hermione." said Fred.

"Hello Y/N/N, Hermione." said George

"Hello." we said at the same time.

"Seriously stop that." said Ron to us.

"Where are you two headed?" asked Fred.

"McGonagall called for us." I said.

"Well I'll see you later then in the common room okay?"

"Yeah, later Fred." I said as he gave me a quick peck on the lips. Him, George, and Ron headed to the common room while Hermione and I went our way.

"How's it with you two?" she asked.

"Good I think. He's lovely."

Not too long after we were walking, Cho Chang crossed our path.

"Oh hello!" she said.

"Hello Cho. Where are you headed?" I asked.

"McGonagall called for me. You?"

"Same thing." said Hermione. We thought it was confusing. Once we made it there we saw Fleur's little sister there.

"Ah there you are." said Dumbledore as we walked in.

"Yes yes about time." added McGonagall as she hurried to close the door. "Please, take a seat."

"What's going on?" I asked.

"Glad you asked Miss Black. You have all been chosen!" said Dumbledore as he clapped his hands together.

"Chosen?" asked Cho.

"Yes Miss Chang. The second task requires the champions to retrieve something taken from them,which is you all." he said.

"And how does that work?" asked Hermione. "It takes place in the black lake, how are we going to be there?"
