Viridity and Fred were now broken up and so were Jeremy and I. Ever since Fred asked me out i've felt so relieved and happy. We were currently sitting in the great hall for lunch.

"Miss Black." said McGonagall. "Dumbledore would like to see you."

"Thank you, professor. I'll head on over in a minute." I told her. She gave me a simple smile and then walked away.

"What's that about?" asked Harry.

"No idea." I said confused. "I'll catch you later."

I excused myself and walked to his office. On my way there, I walked by Jeremy and completely ignored him when he tried to call out for me. I arrived at his office and entered.

"Ah, Miss Black." he said from behind his desk.

"Good after noon, professor. You wanted to see me?"

"Yes yes take a seat." I took a seat and looked around his office. His Phoenix, Fawks, was perched tall and magnificent on his perch. "So Professor Trelawney came to me saying that you're a Seer."

"Well, I don't know if I am but that's what she said." I said nervously.

"What else did she say?" he asked intriguingly.

"She said that I could do great things? I don't quite recall her words correctly, but she said something about being a powerful witch?"

"Miss Black, do you know what your second house would've been?" he asked. I shook my head confusedly. "Slytherin."

"Sorry, what?" I said. "That can't be right."

"But it is. You have a need to prove yourself. But why are you in Gryffindor you may be asking. You are in Gryffindor because you have the courage to stand up for others and to others....even the people most feared."

"Professor?" I asked. "Is it a good thing to be a Seer? I asked Professor Trelawney and she didn't answer."

"Well it's not a bad thing...but it's not the best." he said. "Sometimes you'll see things that will absolutely destroy you."

"And can I change those things? You know, change the future?"

"It is possible, but it's not easy." he said. "Have you had any full visions?"

"No, no only glimpses of places and feelings."

"What place have you seen?"

"I- I don't quite know. All I saw was and arch."

"Interesting." he said as he fixed his half moon spectacles. "I wanted you to have this, Miss Black."

He got up from his chair and headed up the stairs in his office. I started bouncing my leg up and down due to the anxiousness of what he had just said. He came back down but with a book in his hands.

"Here you go." he said as he handed me the book.

"Unfogging the Future?"

"Very good book." he said.

"Thank you, professor." I said. "Professor, why is this happening all of a sudden? Why hasn't it happened before?"

"Miss Black, you are very peculiar. Quite the odd witch." he said.

"Thank you, professor. I'd best be going now."

"Have a good afternoon, Miss Black."

I nodded and headed out of his office. I looked down at the book and let out a long, confused sigh. I walked over to the great hall to join the rest.
