"Why don't your son have a name?". He asked as he place a coffee in front of her as they sit in the cafe

"I didn't get that much time with him to name him". She said sadly as she looks at the coffee cup

"What would you have named him?". He asked softly

"Meer wanted to name our son- Adi because it means-". She started

"Warrior". He said completing the sentence as he thinks for a while, "I have heard this before. Meer?. Meer Mustafa was your husband?". He asked shocked as she nodded, "Then you- you are his wife, the one he talked about all the time- Sanam".

"How do you know this?". She asked confused

"Meer was my junior. He was training under me and when I left--". He started

"Wait! You are the senior he used to talk about. The one who--". She cut herself off, "He talked about how you saved those children trapped in school from the terrorist and lost few more of your teammates but still you managed to live until all the children were safe".

He smiles, "I cannot believe this. I saw your picture but you don't look the same, something is missing". He looks at her closely, "Your eyes aren't shining and the way your lips used to be smiling, isn't there anymore. That's why I didn't remember you".

"He never told me your name or showed me a picture, said you were shy to click pictures and that he will let us meet one day". She said smiling, "He did make us meet in the end".

"He was the bravest and amazing man I met". He said smiling, "I never thought he will be meeting me for the last time in the hospital. I remember how he was the one crying next to me while I was telling him it was ok that losing a leg doesn't mean anything to me".

She laughs, "I remember he was crying on his way home when I picked him from the bus stand and he continued crying all the time. He said he wanted to go to a mission with you".

"That idiot. He only cared about going on a mission with me?". He said shaking his head

She chuckles, "No. He wanted to be with you through his time in the army. He said you were his inspiration that he always wanted to look at".

"I didn't know he was going to die. I had no idea because that was a little over a year that I lost my leg and the initial years were filled with depression and exercise so the rest of my body can function properly. I didn't receive any news because I cut off everyone". He said frustrated as he brushes his air away, "I shouldn't have done that then I would have found out. I would have met you as he wanted too".

She didn't say anything as her head ponders over thoughts of everything that's been happening.

"Why didn't you...move on?". He asked because it's been 10 years since Meer died

"I couldn't. They never found his body. I believed he will come back". She said shrugging

His eyes widen, "You know how it is in the army. For 10 years, you have been waiting for him?".

"I know it sounds ridiculous--". She started

"Ridiculous?. No, I want to know if you were going to continue waiting for him until your last breath?". He asked riled up
