Found (Obi x Reader)

The Third Month

A/n I also sorry for being late. I normally have an alarm on Fridays but I think I changed it not remembering what it was for.

Mhm, we're heading to tell Zen everything. Then Minako can see her dad."

Shirayuki looks to Obi and furrows her eyebrows before looking back at me. I look to Obi and he puts his hand down. He was pointing at my shoulder.

"Oh my! Y/n come with me I need to clean your cut!"

"No, I want to go with them."

"Y/n, come with me."

"Yes ma'am."

I wave to Minako and scowl at Obi as Shirayuki drags me to the court herbalists base. I'm not sure what it's called. Ryuu is ahead in the hall carrying a stack of boxes. I hurry to him and grab them from him.

"I got it, Mr Ryuu. Where were you going with them?"

"To Garak's office."

"Lead the way, I haven't the slightest where that is."

He nods and walks ahead of me. "And just call me Ryuu."

"Y/n, put the boxes down." Shirayuki orders while coming to grab them from me.

"I will, in Ms Garak's office."

"Is there something wrong, Shirayuki?" Ryuu asks her.

"Y/n is injured! She's just trying to avoid getting treated!"

"Only a cut and the longer we talk the longer I have to hold them. They're starting to feel heavy." Shirayuki looks irritated with me. I feel guilty, but I wasn't about to give the boxes back to Ryuu after I said I'd help him.

I follow him to Garak's, being hounded by Shirayuki the whole time. The moment I put the boxes down Shirayuki grabs my hand and drags me to her's, chewing me out.

I sit on the stool like she instructed me too. I watch her pull some thing off her shelves. She takes a vile full of liquid and dampens a cloth with it.

"Take off your bandage, please."

I unwrap my arm and the chilled air hits it. The cut is surrounded by a light bruise caused by the force the blade needed to pierce the skin. She dabs my arm with the cloth and I flinch from the contact.

"Well that's what you get for not taking care of it sooner!" She keeps at it, softening some, but still hurts. She hums like she's confused.

"You're making me nervous, Miss Shirayuki." I joke.

She doesn't respond and instead goes to her cabinets and shelves again. Pushing jars and small baskets of different leaves and flowers out of her way as she searched for whatever. Without a word she walks from the room.

"Eh?"

My mind racks with why she would leave. Maybe she got distracted with someone. I know it's like her to be constantly thinking. More likely than not she remembered something more important than a scratch.

She returns soon after with Garak and Ryuu in tow. She starts to explain something about herbs and remedies, but it all flies over my head. I sit there with a blank expression on my face.

Untill after some minutes she lifts my arm and straitens it infront of me. Ryuu and Garak look at it closely.

"Is everything okay? It's only a scratch, I don't even feel it."

She puts my arm down gently. "Can you lift it out to the side for me?" Garak asks.

"Of course." I lift my arm out to the side. I even move it around to prove it's only a small cut. "I'm fine, is there something I should be concerned about? Your expressions are worrisome."
