Chelly's POV 

It's been 2 days since we went to this hospital. 

"Chelly, Tyron is asking for you and to his twins. Maybe umuwi ka muna sa mansion. You need a rest too, halos dika natulog ng dalawang araw sa pagbabantay kay Tyler." Gold said.

Hinilamos ko ang kamay sa mukha then I sighed. Isinandal ko ang ulo sa dingding kung saan nakaupo ako habang nasa labas ng ICU. 

"D-did he eat his f-food? Baka nag matigas nanaman iyon para hanapin ang kambal niya." Mahina kong saad habang nagbabalik tanaw sa katigasan ng ulo ng batang iyon.

"Mom! Where's Tyler? Did he left without me?" That was the day when Tyler went to school without his Kuya Tyron.

"M-mom I told him not too, ugh!" Nilalagnat ito kung kaya't hindi ko ginising kanina.

"Baby, you sick..magpahinga ka muna. Magiging okey ang kakambal mo." I assured him not to really think sa pag iisa ng kakambal.

"B-but he can't go without me! What if those bullies in school, b-bullying him again? I'm n-not there to protect him.. mom.." I saw small tears in his eyes dahil sa pag aalala sa kakambal.

"Shh, he can manage his self Tyron. No need to think about unnecessary scenario in your head. Trust him,trust your twins." I hugged him just to make him stop crying.

When the school bus already arrived on the front of our house, agad agad na tumakbo si Tyron para salubungin ang kapatid.

I saw Tyler's smile when his Kuya hugged him tight.

"How was your day without me?" Agad na tanong nito. 

Tyler's giggles and kissed my cheeks. I'm preparing their miryenda that time ng marinig ko ang kwento.

"It's good kuya, I already make friends by myself and I go with them to the cafeteria. They say I'm really nice to be with." 

"So that's mean you dont want to be with me?" I heard Tyron exclaimed with sadness and disappointment. 

"N-no, it's not what I mean. I want you to understand that I can handle myself too. But it doesn't mean na ayaw ko na makasama ka. You're the best kuya ever.."

I'm eavesdropping them saka sumilip ng tingin. I saw them hugging each other. Tyron really cares so mu h with Tyler. Simula bata palang ay natural na niyang kilos iyon. Maybe because Tyler is really fragile person not like Tyron na halos laman ng guidance office ng school nila.

"Ahh, really? Kuya love's you too."

Pumasok ako sa eksena para ibigay ang miryenda nila. I smile at them. Pinalaki ko sila ng tama, diko akalaing I'm so blessed having them in my life.

Naiiyak nanaman ako, I'm not the only one na nahihirapan ngayon kundi siya rin. Hindi niya kayang hindi nakikita ang kakambal.

"U-uwi muna siguro ako, babalik ulit ako mamaya." Saad ko I felt dizzy when I tried to stand up.

"Hey! you okey? Let me help you." 

Gold help me to stand up straight. Kumuha ako ng supporta sakanya.

"N-nahihilo ako..." I out balance but he supported me.

"Nurse! Assist my friend!"

I've been laying to this bed for 30 minutes now. I just waited until I fell asleep.

"Is mommy okey?"

I heard small noises of talking.

"She's okey baby, mommy's okey." 

I slowly opened my eyes as the white room eat all my visions.  Unti unti akong gumalaw and I saw Tyron with Sytton.

"H-hey.."

"Mom? Mom! Are you okey?" He went to my side and kissed my cheeks.

"I'm o-okey baby."

As I tried to sit and lean my head to the hospital bed, I saw Sytton's swelling eyes wondering in me. He looks so tired, but why he's here? Thonny needs him more. But on the same time, Tyler needs him too. We need him too here.

I give him a asking looked.

"I really.. missed T-tyler.." my son talked to myside while he faced down. I slowly heard his sobbing sounds.

"Shh.. your twin will be alright, malakas si Tyler, he will fight our us. Shh.." binuhat ko ito saka itinabi sa kamang kinasasadlakan 

He just cried to my side while thinking the condition of his twin. Nasasaktan din ako para sakanya, sa kanila. Lalong lalo na ngayon sa kundisyon ni Tyler. Please let him survive and guide him. Naramdaman ko nalang na napaluha narin ako.

Napansin ko nalang na nakatulog na ito sa tabi ko. Siguro ay hindi ito nakatulog nung mga nakaraang araw dahil hindi kasama ang kakambal at ako. I'm sorry...

"We already have a heart donor Chell, Thonny give his heart to Tyler.." pagkarinig niyon ay nanlaki ang mga matang tinitigan ko siya.

"W-hat?"

"He passed away yesterday when we talked. I told him the situation of Tyler and he's willingly to give his heart to his brother as the sign of his love to him."

OH MY G! I didn't know what I am going to react, nagulat ako sa balita niya. 

"I-s it p-possible to donate heart if you're a leukemia patient?" I just want to clarify. Some cases may do, as i study it. But it's to rare.

"The doctors says, Thonny's heart is not effected by the cancer cells. His heart is completely compatible. He died not because of his cancer, someone want him to die." I saw the anger lingers to his eyes.

What he means?

"W-what do you mean Sy?"

"Someone taken a wrong medicine to him. That's why he didn't recovered his case.  I will f*cking kill them for that! They will pay for b*llshiting me."

I saw the overflowing madness to his green eyes. Nakayukom ang mga mata nito na naging dahilan para lumabas ang mga ugat niya doon sa sobrang panggigigil. He sighed and exhaled.

He turn his gaze to me. Nagiba ito ng emosyon. Unti unting lumapit ito sa tabi ko saka yumakap.

"I'm sorry baby, when.. you needed me the most. I'm not always there for you and for our kids.. how uselss  I am?" Is he crying again?

Napapadalas yata ang pag iyak niya saakin. Nagugulat parin ako dahil it's not his natural. Pero I think he really comfortable to open it with me. Such a cry baby...

"Shhh, stop crying big boy. It's not your fault."

Ngayon alam ko na kung saan nagmana si Tyron.

He really wants me to hugged him kapag umiiyak, napapatigil ko ito sa paghikbi.

"Hmm! Nakakaistorbo ba'ko?" Someone say sa pinto.

I saw Doc Miranda eyeing me and Sytton. Agad agad na pinunasan nito ang luha at parang walang nangyaring humarap Kay Doc.

"What's the result?"

I don't know na dito na pala siya nagtratrabaho. Wala paring kupas ang ganda nito. 

"So the result is....

You going to have a baby, Congratulations to the both of you."

WHAT? I'm pregnant?
