"Times Square !" Emmy announces as we get out the cab
"Jeez calm down Em" I laugh grabbing my suitcase
"This,is like wow"she gasps looking around
Payton and I chuckle as we enter the hotel,we get our room and key card and head up straight away.
"I can't wait to see the view" he's so excited its adorable
"Me too" I laugh,eager to get out of the elevator and into our luxury hotel room.The party is tonight so we have all morning to chill and get ready.Then in the afternoon me and the family fo out for a meal,and head back to my parents room to spend the last few moments of 2020 together.
"I'm so glad I get to spend the last few moments if 2020 with you" he approaches me hugging me from behind.
"me too,you better be around for my midnight kiss"
"I promise,I'll be there"
"good" I hum leaning back into his embrace.This really is the end of the year.I couldn't be happier with how it turned out.
We stay like that for a few moments,just enjoying each others embrace until we decide it's ready to start getting ready for the evening.Well, I decide it's time I start getting ready for the evening,.
I start with my hair,straightening it so that every single strand ties up neatly into a high ponytail.Three broken hair ties and a lot of hairspray later my hair is finally tied up.Using the curling iron I finish off the look by curling the ends of my hair,placing pearl clips in the ponytail.
My makeup was mainly natural,I didn't feel like going full out,especially since half of it would probably be wiped away with sweat from all the dancing I'll be doing.
I apply my lashes and quickly brush on some blush onto my nose ans upper cheekbones smiling at my reflection in the mirror.I'm probably the happiest I've been in a while.
"two hours and a half later and you look stunning" Payton tells me ,from the bed where he was previously doing a live.
We had both posted in the hotel on our social media,dropping little hints and clues that we're together.So if our fans look close enough they could figure it out.We decided on announcing it at midnight,posting a photo and then going live.
"I guess it's time I start getting ready" Payton huffs.
"I guess it is." I laugh," will you be okay if i leave a little early to help mom and dad set up?"
"No,go ahead I'll meet you in their room in about twenty minutes anyways."
"Okay!" I should back running over excitedly to the wardrobe where the dress I ordered waist patiently for me to wear her.

Once the dress is on I put on my silver glittery heels and fake diamond studs before heading down to my parents suite to meet them and Emmy.
"Someone looks snazzy" Mom says as she opens the door.
"Thanks" I laugh," I guess"
"who says snazzy?" Emmy asks from the sofa,where she's sat in a velvety red dress.Its loose fitting on her body ending at her mid thigh.
Her feet wear red high stilettos and on her face a pair of white clout goggles matching her easily tied curls on the top of her head.Casual but classy.
"You don't look too bad yourself Em" I laugh
She smiles,raising her glass of champagne towards me before taking a long sip.
"It's going to be a long night" Mom sighs looking over at her semi drunk daughter.
"Have a drink and it might go by quickee" I laugh offering her a glass of wine.
She doesn't disagree holding up a glass for me to pour some for both of us.We clink our glasses together before walking off to join Emmy on the sofa.
"Where's your husband?" Emmy asks
"Getting ready he'll be here soon." I say taking another small sip of the wine.Getting blackout drunk isn't what I want tonight.
"Not just him" Emmy laughs.
"What do you mean?" I ask confused.
The doorbell rang on cue as Emmy's face turns up into a sly smirk.She doesn't say anything,but gets up to walk over to the door and open it.
Screams fill the hallway,and voices I recognise.And then it clicks.
"No!" I gasp running out in my heels,looking like a right idiot.
There standing in our doorway is Aria,Jace,Lara,Stella,Alex and Eli.
"I missed you guys" I squeal running over to give them all a group hug.
"Emmy called and told us the plans.We made it out duty to come.There's no way we aren't spending our first new years as adults together" Stella laughs
"Yeah" Lara says,"Plus,we can't miss your big announcement"
I notice the death stare Emmy and Stella shoot Lara.She turns pink before blurting out,"You and Payton being back together that is"
"All awkwardness aside how are you?" Jace asks with a sweet smile.
"Oh I'm amazing.I don't think you understand I'm literally on top of the world"
"Wheres your singing boyfriend?" Alex asks mockingly
"Shut up," I scoff," he's getting ready"
"Well!" Emmy shouts,"Let's get some champagne and start this party!"
Everyone agrees following her into the kitchen to grab drinks,and as they all leave my parents come to join me in the hallway.
"We don't want to get in the way"Mon says
"But we literally crashed your suite"
"I know honey,but its okay." she replies
"We has reservations anyway.Just stay safe,don't party with strangers and Emmy has a 4 glass limit-"
"She's on her third glass by the way" my mom whispers cutting my dad off.
I cant help but laugh at the annoyed expression on his face,"Okay,okay.Now you two kids have fun.Don't go rushing to come back to us"
They laugh leaving out the door with one last wave.Now the party had really started.
A/n: the next chapter is probably going to be long.And I'll have more time to write since I can't see my bf.His mom caught him with ouid.....she isnt very happy so he cant see or talk to me because she's taken all of his stuff.Anyway how are you guys???
