Revy, Tony and Rock managed to enter the submarine through the torpedo tube and swam into a submerged room. To make their further, Revy set an explosive charge on a shut metallic door to force it open. Thankfully, they welded the hatch of the tube shut so the interior of the submarine wouldn't get completely flooded. As Revy pressed the detonation button, she and other two back away for safety before the charge had set off and broke down the door. And with that, the water from the room crashed down through the doorway and the force of it was pulling the team away. Tony and Revy were pushed right onto a wall, as for Rock, he got pulled through the doorway. Fortunately, the water stopped crashing down and began to settle as a little flood in the sub. Once they're no longer submerged, Tony and Revy took out their own regulators and pulled up their scuba masks.
Tony: Jesus.... Didn't expect that.
Revy: Always be prepared, T
Tony: Hey, where's Rock? I think he went down the hall or somethin'.
Revy: Let's move.
The two walked out of the room and they already found Rock knocked down with his head against the rusted wall. Regardless, he seemed to be okay.
Revy: What the hell are you doing over there? Hey, are you alright?
Rock: You didn't warn me about an explosion! What if you'd accidentally flooded the place?! You shouldn't be so reckless!
Tony: Oh, shut up and stop bein' a little girl. You're fine.
Revy: Listen, we can't afford to be screwing around right now. [places down the welding case] The more you whine, the less time we have. [takes off her BC vest and O2 tank]
Rock: I understand all that, but you could've said something to me ahead of time.
Revy: And how do you expect me to talk underwater?
Tony: [took off his oxygen tank and scuba mask safely] I thought you went to college, Rock?
Rock: Well, yeah-
Revy; Then why don't you try to pay more attention to what I'm doing? [takes out her flashlight and starts walking down the hallway]
Tony took out his flashlight and inspected around the hall. All he was gonna expect was the dead and a bunch of old guns lying around.
Rock: But still! At least, give me a signal when you do some-
Rock placed his hand on the flooded floor and what he touched under the water interrupted his words. He picked up what was in his grip before noticing what it was. It was an old skull with its lower jaw missing. Rock was almost at a loss at words til he shouted what he found already.
Rock: B-bones! Bones!
Revy: Well yeah, there's gonna be bones. Look around you, they're all over the place.
Tony: What you just found, Rock, was probably an engineer. Still, they're pretty much nothin' now.
Tony and Revy looked around to know where they were. The room they were in appeared to be the day room, where they found cots with dead soldiers lying on them. Rock stood up from the floor after dropping the skull away and brushed his hand off of any germs.
Revy: Listen, Rock, this is a gravesite that all of us living on the surface have forgotten. This is where death came for all of them, when it was their time, whether they wanted it or not.
The three inspected the next room from the hall, finding more bones of the old crew. Rock had his hand over his mouth and nose so he wouldn't smell death in the air as much.
