Winter, Spring & Summer

The sun shined with the beautiful warmth of summer.

The sky was bright, the peaceful blue almost blinding at sight. I held my breath in because the breeze smelled of serenity. While holding the breeze and letting it settle in my lungs, I felt my heart pump out blood into my body, faster than ever before as you stared into my eyes.

Holding your hand as a shield of comfort and safety as I dived deep into the spring held into your eyes, leaves begging to shine as summer had already started. While your smile was brighter than the sky and sun combined, those eyes only begged harder to let go. Thrashing into the waves of desperation that so harshly wanted to cascade down your cheeks, your laughter was louder than all the noise the universe had to blare into my ears. Strained, your laughter, as your mind was stuck in winter. Out in the cold, you were numb, ignoring the snow fallen on your shoulder, remembering that the waves were frozen then. There was no coldness that could stop those flowers blooming now.

A small phrase of comfort has your eyebrows contort as your nose brightens red, eyes ready to break the dam of despair, hands trembling with dread, voice halted with terror. Till spring finally let go of winter, and winter became a memory, and summer settled.

The numbness had gone away, your heart pumped faster as your lungs were not used to serenity, your eyes were blinking so rapidly as the ice melted away, trying to see that blinding sky, and your hands reached out to me in order to feel summer's comfort.

The sun shined with the beautiful warmth of summer, so you hugged it, in hopes that you'd be happy again.
