Being a King isn't easy as you think. Yes, everything you need and wants is in you but the duty of a King is very much hard than what I expected.

Now that my parents left home for their anniversary and they want to celebrate it somewhere so I was left at home all alone with such a huge problem.

Their are lots of dead bodies near our kingdom. They are being slaughtered with a beast and certainly not a vampires.

Vampire's bite will just be marked with two fangs injected to human bodies. And what I saw is humans being massacred with large animals.

Their intestines and other internal organs are out and it scattered all over the ground.

Isang titig pa lang dito ay alam ko kung ano ang gumawa nito. I have knowledge about werewolves since my cousin Dwayne is one of a kind and this is how they kill someone when at war.

I ordered the death dealers to clean all the mess and bury the dead bodies. Hinintay kong matapos ang kanilang ginagawa bago ko sila pinaalis.

Nanatili muna ako doon to investigate it. I saw large footprints digging a hole on the muddy soil.

Kaagad akong lumapit doon at hinawakan ang bumakat na paa ng kung anong nilalang. This is way too big for a werewolves foot steps.

Kaagad kong tinawagan si Dwayne to measure his wolf foot since he's the one I know who has the larges wolf around here.

"Why? My wolf's foot?", tila hindi niya ako naiintindihan.

"I want the size of your wolf's foot, Dwayne. I'm investigating something", sabi ko sa kanya at hindi inalis ang tingin sa bakat na mga paa.

"Okay. I'll send it to you right away. If you don't mind me asking, what for?", he asked with full of curiosity.

"I'll take a photo. Wait, I'll send it", sabi ko at kinunan ng litrato anvmg bakat na paa sa putik at nisend iyon sa kay Dwayne.

Matagal pa bago siya nakapagreply pero hindi naman binaba ang tawag. The other side of the line is silent kaya nagsalita na ako.

"Dwayne? Are you there?", I asked him. Nakailang ulit pa ako pero walang sumagot. Ibababa ko na sana baka naka wolf form na iyon ngayon at nahihirapang sukatin ang paa niya.

The scene of Dwayne in my mind in wolf form struggling to get a measurement of his foot because I asked him to made me laugh.

Pero nawala ang tawa ko ng tinawag niya ang pangalan ko. His voice is serious and it took me seconds to recover from laughing.

"Thindrel, this isn't werewolves foot prints", seryosong sabi niya.

Kaagad din nag-iba ang timpla ng mukha ko. Naging seryoso ako at mas lalong napatitig sa malaking footprints sa putik.

"Then what is it?", I asked him.

Huminga siya ng malalim. "Are you still in that place? Please, retreat now, Thindrel!", mas seryosong sabi niya sa akin.

"Tell me what is it, Dwayne?", mas lalo na rin akong naging seryoso.

"It's a lycanthrope's footprints, Thindrel. And I want you to---", bago pa matapos si Dwayne sa kanyang sasabihin ay tumilapon ako sa ibabang bahagi ng maputik na bundok.

My phone is now out of my reach but I can still hear Dwayne asking...

"Thindrel! What's going on!?".

Kaagad akong nag-angat ng tingin sa nilalang na nasa harapan ko. A large wolf like form standing in front of me. Their heads are the same as wolves but their body are like humans but with long and sharp nails.

Nanlaki ang mga mata ko habang tinayo ang sarili. The beast growled in front of me as he showed his canines a d his saliva splashes everywhere when he screams.

Napangiti ako. I've never seen something fascinating as this before. Mas lalo lamang lumaki ang ngisi ko ng nakita ang kabuuan ng katawan nito. The creature is way taller than me. They're really huge.

But what kind of power they hold? What kind of strength they possessed? I want to know.

Nauna itong umatake sa akin so I jisy dodge its first two attacks. Tumawa ako ng malakas. So this is a lycanthrope, huh? Well, not bad as a opponent.

Tumalon ako ng maatas when he slammed the spot where I stand. Pagbaba ko naman ay hinayaan kong tumubo ang matutulis na kuko ko and made a scratches on his face. I even took off one of its eye.

"GGGGRRRRRRRR!", it growled more.

Mas lalo akong tumawa ng malakas.

Oops! My turn now.

I run fast towards his right side and wounded his arm with my nails. Umikot ako and made two strike of my nails on his back. Malalim ang ginawa kung sugat anf it's very fatal.

I'm strong now since I just drank a blood from that girl last night.

I enjoyed this moment. Tila ba ang tingin ko dito ay isang laruan at para akong bata na tuwang-tuwa sa bagong laruan na natanggap bilang regalo.

Tumalon ako when he turn and about to kick my legs. Tiningala niya ako dahil naiwasan ko ang kanyang atake.

When I almost reach the ground. Idinirekta ko ang kamay ko sa leeg nito. I grip on it tightly and choke him. Pareho kaming bumagsak sa lupa.

Ang lycanthrope ay nakahiga habang ako naman ay nakaupo sa bahaging tiyan nito. Ngumisi muna ako bago pinasok ang kanang kamay sa loob ng kanyang dibdib. The creature gasp at unti-unti kong narinig ang pagkaputol ng bawat ugat sa kanyang puso.

I love the sound of it. Ang pagkaputol-putol ng ugat ng puso niya ay kay sarap pakinggang. He screamed at the top of his lungs as I pull his heart off from his body.

Sakto lang ng naitaas ko ang puso niya ay siya naman ang pagdating ni Uncle Niklaus.

Kaagad ko siyang nilingon at ngumisi ako.

"Hey! Uncle!", bati ko pa sa kanya.

Ang kaninang mga mukha niyang nag-alala sa akin ay nawala din ng makitang maayos ako.

"Dwayne called and said you've encountered a lycanthrope", sabi niya at bumaba ang tingin niya sa patay na katawan nito.

"I guess you're fine", dagdag niya. "Let's go. Now!", he said with full of authority.

Wala naman akong nagawa kundi ay sumunod sa kanya pagkatapos kong pulutin ang cellphone ko na tumilapon. Tinitigan ko muna ang puso ng lycanthrope bago ito tinapon. It bounced on the huge rock at tuloyang nahulog sa batis at inanod ng tubig.

My hands are covered in blood as well as my clothes. Sumunod ako kay Uncle Niklaus at bumalik sa loob ng palasyo namin.
