ANDRIETTE LOUISE DE VERA

"So, that dude, Jay, you said. Was staring at you?" The voice from the other line asked.

"Yes. That's what I said" I rolled to my back and stared at the pure white ceiling.

"He likes you" I furrowed my brows.

"Just because a person stares at you doesent mean they likes you, Andrei" I rolled my eyes. " He could be plotting my murder silently"

"And not everyone would kill you, Loui" he rolled his eyes.

"Don't roll your eyes at me"

"You did it first"

"Well, I'm more special than you"

"I'm older than you!"

"We're twins!"

"I'm 10 seconds older!" In the end, we both laughed it off. Andrei grinned and shook his head.

"I miss this bickering" I laughed a little and sat up and faced my laptop properly.

"It hasn't even been 24 hours, Drei"

"I don't care! I miss my twin"

I laughed. Andrei jutted his lower lip for further effect.

"Andrei! Help me clean the dishes please!" I heard Mama's voice. Andrei looked at me with his puppy eyes, silently apologizing.

"Go. I'll be fine. And don't miss me too much. We're still in the same country! Stop being emotional"

"I'm not emotional!" He sniffed a little.

"Yeah, Yeah. Just go" I waved goodbye.

"I am no-"

"Andrei!"

The call ended in an instant. I sighed and closed my laptop. It has been a few hours since I finished unpacking my clothes.

And Mr. De Leon hadn't summon me even once.

Not that I care.

I actually enjoy the silence and privacy that my room provides me. It helps me relax. And by relax, I mean think of a theory about Mr. De Leon's assailants.

I sat up and cracked my knuckles as I reached towards my laptop.

"Time to do some research"

ADONIS JAX DE LEON

"Soo, are you done with your weird research, Jax?" Jake dove on the open space beside me and peeked through my laptop.

"Quit it" I slammed my laptop so hard that I swear I heard something break.

Eh. I could just buy a new one.

"Busy body" I rolled my eyes and tossed my probably broken laptop aside.

"Your bodyguard, have you dug anything about her? She seems pretty interesting" Jake wiggled his eyebrows.

"Pervet" My eyes momentarily flickered to a grouchy Jay before returning to the black eyed pervert beside me.

"What? She's hot"

"First of all, you have a girlfriend, Jake. Second, she's wearing a mask. How would you know if she's hot or not?" I grumbled. "And stop being a pervert, will you? She isn't even that hot"
