I had been keeping up with news on the main island of Japan while we worked on this little side project. There was a smaller island we were working on as part of the Hero course. While Shoto worked on the beach, I was going on patrols and answering phone calls. It was honestly relaxing given what had been occurring, I was ready for the recharge. Bakougo was really the only one not doing any real work, not that it mattered.

The real thing that was troubling me was the man who had escaped and the missing quirks from heroes. It wasn't Shgaraki's doing either. I knew he wasn't going to be able to replicate the bullets that Kai made easily, even with that doctor. Doctor... who was that doctor anyway? I remember meeting him once, when I first met All for One. I still haven't figured out what that man wanted from me in the first place.

That doctor, Kyudai Garaki, had run some initial tests before taking me to see All for One. I remember the blood samples and strange test tubes with large man sized ones filled with liquids in them as well. He didn't seem all too happy when All for One reached out his hand and nothing happened. There had been a bit of a light but nothing more.

As the days continued all I could think about was that moment and try to figure it out. Try to think about what I knew about All for One in general. All for One... his quirk takes away anyone else's, he steals them. Much like what's happening on the mainland. It's probable that he might have tried to steal my quirk marriage. I really need to come up with a better name for my quirk anyway. I really only have one, Something that combines Timewarp and Rewind.

Taking a moment to see if I had gotten any messages I noted that communications were down. It was rather strange to see given the circumstances. Lifting my head I looked for higher ground. Someplace that I could get a better look around me. As I walked through the forest I ran into something I wasn't expecting. Wind seemed to pick up as I saw Midoriya striking three air shields. "This force... This quirk... It is worth stealing."

The man lifted his hand to grasp onto Midoriya's face. A strange green wispy energy seemed to bleed from Midriya to him. "Oi, cocky man, who do you think you are?" I called out pulling his attention from Midriya as the energy continued to flow between the two of them. "Trying to steal quirks? Acting a little like All for One aren't ya?"

His eyes seemed to glisten as he looked at me, the golden glow as he looked me over."Run, (L/n), get away from here." Midoriya yelled out, only to get blasted away from the man. I ran over to Midoriya first hoping to get him out of the way while the guy was distracted.

I didn't get far as his hand grasped onto my own head, pulling me towards him. "I couldn't steal it. No, rather it does not fit in the slot. This guy... that gift of yours has incredible potential. As for you, little girl, I'll just take yours instead. It looks really powerful." I could see the aura coming from myself next but as the golden light hit the man there was an immediate backlash. It was like a small explosion pushed the two of us apart. With hands on the ground I reached around Midoriya hoping to lift him up.

Eyes turning slightly behind me as the man staggered to regain his balance. "You can't steal mine, that's already been tried. Quirks like yours don't work on me." I muttered before lifting Midoriya and starting to back away.

The man having now regained his balance lifted his hand to us. "It's amazing, but for that, I must delete them." Before I could register what happened, the two of us were blasted back into a hillside. I coughed slightly, dirt making the air stagnant. Midoriya was having issues getting back up. There were two kids calling out Midoriya's hero name. They had to get out of here, it was just a matter of getting them to run.

I stood, getting into a slight fighting stance that I learned in my training course. "Deku, can you get these kids out of here if I provide cover. I can handle this guy and keep him off of you for a while." Only as soon as he stood up himself, some of those purple rays came for us. I froze time for a moment, pushing Midoriya just enough for the quirk to miss. The kid still staggered probably from his quirk being attempted to be stolen.
