Of course, the day the festival finally came was a lot faster than I had thought it would be. Eri came by to say hello but she wanted to spend some time with Midoriya. Kneeling down to her level, we held hands. "Eri, if something happens, or you can't find Midoriya, come find me all right. I can protect you now, and while these people are nice, I don't trust all of them." Thankfully she promised me before running off with a wave. After they left I continued to assist in setting everything up.

Still, as we worked I couldn't get over the feeling that something bad was going to happen. Even after a week of work and Midoriya was kicked from the dance team, I still couldn't get over the feeling. Eventually the day came, the day that all the students had been waiting for. Of course that day, the feeling didn't really go away, so I stood atop the school building until I absolutely had to leave for our class and be on time. 9am, that was my limit. I had to leave at 9am and couldn't go back.

The students already knew I did this on occasion, and they knew I would be ready. My hair was done, the outfit was already being worn, all I had to do was be there. I looked down at my watch, Recovery Girl had given it to me. It was like my clothes and state of being. They could tell how far back I had gone based on the time and date, and it was now 8:51am... 9 minutes until I had to go.

I just hope everything-... Midoriya, he should be back by now. Yet, as soon as my watch struck 9, I had already made my way into the building with the rest of my class. By the time 9:25 rolled around there were still no signs of Midoriya. He honestly didn't show up until the last minute. I could only shake my head in uttar disappointment. Honestly, it would have been easier for me to pick up everything he needed. Not that I could really say anything when he said he wanted to get everything.

When we started, I followed their initial lead. Half way through our act, I started doing my dance as we played just as planned. The special effects went off just as planned, with me sliding along Todoroki's ice as I played. It was actually kinda fun, watching the crowd get excited for what we were doing. I stopped when I saw Eri smile for the first time since I'd met her.

The instrument I held fell from my hands as one of my classmates grabbed hold of it. Tears fell from my eyes as I fell from the ice taking hold of her. Her eyes shone so bright, it grew wider when she looked at me. "Sis, you're crying, but you look so happy. Just like me!" I nodded, holding her up a bit higher.

How long had it been since I felt like this anyway. "Yeah, I'm smiling, Eri. The one you're wearing looks amazing too." When the song ended I gave her back to the hero that saved her with Midoriya. "Thank you for bringing her here. We really needed this, both of us."

He looked like he understood what I'd meant, even giving me a knowing smile and a shove back towards the stage. When all was said and done, clean up came next. I walked out to see Eri still smiling as she told Midoriya everything. Todoroki walked up beside me. "You should smile more too, you wear it well." I gave him a bit of a side glance before shaking my head.

I had no intention of smiling at all. "I don't have time for it. Strictly a one time thing Todoroki-"

He stopped me mid sentence. "Shoto, you can call me Shoto."

I blinked. "Alright, Shoto it is then." Turning on my heel, I hid the smile that passed my lips. "You can call me (Y/n) then. So long as I can consider you my friend that is." From the corner of my own eye I could see a slight smile cross his features. The rest of the day I spent with Limillion, Midoriya and Eri. Just to make sure her power didn't get out of control.

Of course during the beauty pageant I stuck around Todoroki, I didn't really understand what was going on though. There were a lot of other things though. Some of it was interesting, maybe even fun. Todoroki even had me do some stuff with him as well. By the end of the day, Eri seemed so happy. I was going to see her off but decided against it. After all, I wasn't the one to make her smile... Midoriya was.
