Making a Decision

November was nearing its end when Aizawa told me what was going to happen with Eri. All I could do was stand there in utter shock. "We're going to take care of her here at U.A.'' Midoriya was in just as much shock as I was. Still, the other students seemed to like her, and warmed up to her rather quickly. I didn't know what to say about that. "She couldn't stay at the hospital forever." Aizawa pointed us out the door so we could talk in private. "It looks like ERi was abandoned by her parents. And the head of the Shie Hassaikai who's related to her by blood, has been in a coma for a long time, so she currently has nowhere to go.

"(Y/n), we did look into it, and you are also her blood relative. Sharing a similarity in your quirks told us as much, but the tests confirmed it. I'm going to leave her in your care as much as possible, knowing both of your relationships with Chisaki and the Shie Hassaikai clan as it is. You are also the best person to teach her how to control her ability, seeing as it won't affect your body either leaves you really the only one who can care for her in the event that I'm not around and you can get her to me quickly."

I nodded, that was correct. "And, you might've already heard from Mr. Aizawa, but the horn that Eri's Quirk is released from..." Miro, the man who had gotten his quirk taken away while trying to save Eri, this was my first time seeing him. They had asked if I was going to be able to help him get his quirk back, but I had no idea. Something like that was far beyond what I was comfortable with experimenting with, and given what had happened to my father, it wasn't likely to be chanced.

Kirishima nodded. "Yes, I heard that it'd gotten smaller and was fine now.."

Miro nodded. "It's starting to get bigger again slowly." So somehow we needed to find a way to keep her power from going out of control again. That's how it had been explained to us. She was going to be staying in my room with me, they were already bringing a new bed frame for me. One of those that has a second bed underneath. Of course, there were other things that needed to be looked into as well. Still, while Eri stayed with me most of the time, I was to drop her off with Miro during school hours as well.

Not that I'd really minded. I could treat her like my little sister. As I was getting a few things set up, I walked down stairs seeing something very interesting. The U.A students were talking to some people I didn't recognize, but what they had to say left me on edge. "We received a report from Tartarus, though. 'I do feel bad about it, truly. When I see a good Quirk, I can't help but want it. It's a bad habit of mine. The only one to get away with her Quirk was just one I couldn't steal with mine. I'd love to return it, but I'd have to use my Quirk. If that's alright with you, then I can return it right away....'" I dropped the cups I was carrying, All for One... "They're still trying to pin down just how many and what kinds of Quirks he's hiding... Currently, not letting him do anything is the only way we can contain him."

Todoroki's eyes moved to look at me, watching as the glass shattered on the floor. I could see him walking over to pick up the pieces, when all I could do was stand there in horror. "Then why are you starting up again at this time?" Everything seemed to buzz out. My ears were ringing as I remembered that first year I spent with that man. I knew he was up to something offering back people's quirks, I just didn't know what.

Probably trying to find a way to escape, but what then? What would happen after he got out? Would he come back for me? What could I possibly do against that man, even if he couldn't take my quirk, there were a lot of other things he could do to me. Even with everyone getting excited, I ended up collapsing. There were yells all around me, someone shaking my shoulder.

How could this possibly be, why did this have to happen? I covered my ears with my hands. No, never again. "All for One... why.. What are you up to? I can't help you, I can't make your body like it was. You can't even steal my quirk, so why even bring me up. What do you possibly want with me... All for One? You couldn't even give me your quirk to make me even more of a pawn. So why? Why now?"
