Hero Name? A fight

The air around the day we returned to school was pretty dark, probably because I always found rain foreboding. My new restraints were coming in at the end of the day, so Recovery Girl and two other heroes were coming to change them out with the police officer present. Yet, as usual when I arrived in class I was pretty much ignored.

Todoroki and Midoriya waved, but that was really the extent of our interaction. "Morning." Aizawa came in and I was glad to see that the Rewind worked on him as well as it did. Leaving only a few scars on his face. "Ah, yeah, they had (L/n) use her ability on me. More importantly, we're having a special hero informatics class today." Everyone seemed tense hearing it. "Code names. You'll be coming up with hero names."

This on the other hand got everyone excited. Yet, when Aizawa used his quirk, they got quiet real quick. This was related to the pro hero draft picks, and so probably didn't affect me. After all, who would draft a 'Villain'? Yet as I looked at the board, I was surprised by what I saw.

Todoroki-4123, (L/n)-4100, Bakugo-3556, Tokoyami- 360, Iida-301, Kaminari-272 Yaoyorozu-108 Kirishima-68 Uraraka-20 Sero-14. How was it that I had offers? I didn't even participate in the events. Granted with that in mind we were all taking part in internships. When Aizawa brought up the USJ incident most people sent glares in my direction. I just covered my face with my hand, what else was I supposed to do.

I should have just turned back time when I had the chance and told Shiragaki not to go because we would lose. That was when we got a new teacher into the room. It was the crazy ref from the festival. "Because a lot of hero names used by students become recognized by society, and they end up becoming professional hero names."

So, what did we have to do? Make names that she approved. As the dry erase boards got handed back I just raised my hand. "Do you mind if I just say mine?" Of course, Midnight seemed excited that I already had one in mind and let me announce it. "I was thinking something like 'Time Queen: Infinity Loop.' Because of how time tends to flow for me."

She loved it. Flashy kid was next when the time to present started followed by the pink lady. I listened to each name listed off. Some of them were actually pretty normal, others... a bit much. "Now that everyone's decided on their hero names, we'll go back to talking about the internships. They will last for a week. (L/n), you were granted permission to choose any agency and hero on your list. There will be no need for any extra guards so long as you return to Recovery Girls place before 10pm. Understood?" I nodded with a small yes sir. "As for where you'll have them, the rest of you who had offers from pros will be given your own lists, so you can choose from those yourself. Those who didn't have offers will choose from among forty agencies around the country that will be accepting our interns. They all work in places and have different specialties.'

For me, I already had an idea on who I would try and get if he was on my list. Thirteen. The reason was that he would be focused on rescues from accidents and disasters so I thought that was where my quirk would be most useful. When lunchtime came around Midoriya and Todoroki both walked over to me. "So, (L/n), which one are you going to choose. Honestly, I was a little surprised to see you had so many offers."

Midoriya... "Oh.. well, I was thinking, with Thirteen on my list I might go with him. It would better suit my quirk after all. You know, the whole, time manipulation thing would come in rather handy in rescue cases. I could evacuate a building or an entire area before anyone got hurt. Or if it was something happening in front of me I could just stop time all together and get people out of the way."

Todoroki seemed to agree. "True, that would work well with the quirk you have. The... Time Warp one anyway. Still though, you could also get into one that strictly does reconnaissance missions as well. Capturing a Villain would be pretty easy for you too, because you could just freeze time and tie them up or something. No fighting necessary."
