Rescue Training

It's been about three weeks since arriving at UA after that USJ incident. Most of the students here aside from Midoriya and Todoroki are still very wary of me. Even with these limiters. What do they expect from me? It's not like I can choose this. If I could have Reset time and convinced All for One that doing this was a bad idea, I wouldn't be here. Not that that man would listen to me. All he wants is power. Power that he no longer has access to.

Instead now I was going to be subjected to this Rescue Training. The way some of the students looked at me when Aizawa said those words. It wasn't like I could hurt them, I'm bound and tied, limited in what I can do. If I had the ability, I would have already left and gone back to Kai. "Well, that happened, but class is class. So let's begin the rescue training."

That was Thirteen. It was amazing to see the recovery and that they were able to move at all now. "We're ready to begin class. Let's start already. We're wasting time." I followed Aizawa to the training grounds. First was the rescue training in the mountains. Or perhaps crevasse was more like it. Three of us were to be at the bottom of the chasm. One unconscious, one leg injury and one very worried student. One of the students was definitely going to play the worried student rather well. "(Y/n) you will be at the bottom of the chasm for all of the tests. Rotate which angle you're playing. After all the rescues have been completed you may pick your team. The ones who will assist you in your rescue effort. We will pick the victims."

I just shrugged and walked my way down to the chasm. That said, the first three were Midoriya, fast legs, and myself. "I'll play possum. You two can decide which side you want to take." I started once they reached the bottom. Honestly, I still wasn't interested in this at all. As I settled into my unconscious position fast legs started yelling out.

Of course there was yelling from above, but that was usual. Bakugou was rather noisy and was obviously the one that had been picked by the sounds of it. When the yelling stopped, the woman who created things leaned over the edge. "Please keep calm! We'll go to you right away!"

I rolled my closed eyes but didn't move. "Please, hurry! (L/n) is dying. (L/n) is dying!" I wanted to hit him.

Midoriya was a bit easier to deal with. "You're finally here! We're saved!" He sounded more awkward to be honest. Fast legs kept yelling as Bird man came down. The initial problem was that he was only one person, but Birdman was in fact two. Himself and a shadow like creature that was attached to him. It was something rather incredible to see.

In this amount of darkness it was kind of irritable and unruly. I had seen it a few times during the day when it was much smaller and easier to handle. When my turn came around I had to choose carefully. Someone I knew I could work with that would prove the most useful in the situation. "I want Todoroki, and floaty girl." Everyone seemed surprised by my choice.

As the three victims were sent down, I spoke about my plan. "So what's the plan, (L/n)?"

Cracking my knuckles, I spoke carefully. "Todoroki, you can use your ice to create a slide to get down. Floaty girl, you can make the victim lighter with the raft allowing me to pull them up before moving to the next. While she focuses on making sure they float and when to release them. Todoroki, I need you to secure the injured man's legs.. Before we send up the unconscious person, put this around their neck."

I handed a neck brace over. With the plan settled on, Floaty Girl let them know we were on our way as Todoroki started on the slide down. While they worked on the bottom I set myself up on the top. There were things I had to prepare for. First securing the rope and making sure it wouldn't break in the process. Settling on a rounded stone I looked for a securing anchor. Tying off the other end, I lowered the basket towards the ground.
