Shigaraki spent a lot of time holding me. It was strange. Before, when I was with Kai, I had almost free movement. Kai didn't tend to hold me in one place. He didn't take away my freedom to roam around, but Shigaraki. He clung to me like the hands that he wore. I just wanted to go back to Kai. Yet, as the years passed, that thought slowly drifted away.

Sure I could leave whenever I wanted, but could I get out of here? Would Kurogiri be able to find me? Probably, and even if he couldn't there was also All for One. I was starting to wonder if Kai even knew what was going on. If this was him breaking his promise to me. The more time that passed, the more it started to hurt.

We were sitting in the main room. Aizawa and Mic were still here and the two men were talking. "What will you do?" Aizawa asked. I was staring at my hands wondering if I really could do it. Kai told me that I already knew how, that I had been doing it all along to my own body. It wasn't as if my time half was holding me in a stasis. I was keeping myself from going back with the entirety of Reset. That was also how other Quirks like Aizawa's didn't work on me.

It was all a matter of me overpowering the other Quirk. "Something easy to digest would be nice, like udon." What was Mic even talking about... and why was he laying on the sofa like that?

As per usual, Aizawa had his hands in his pockets. "Listen. With the work studies and everything, the safety commission knows something." I glanced up, did they not know? The book that had the message Hawks had given us... maybe they didn't get the memo? If you find out who's making the Nomus, what will you do?"

Mic... looked like shit when he lifted his head to see us. "I'll fly over there and have a karaoke contest." What, why was.... No. "I'll boil their guts and make offal soup. What about you?"

Aizawa lowered his head about to answer, but it looked like the other students were back. No it was just the phase guy and elf ears. There was something wrong with Eri. "No, it's happening already." As soon as we entered the room I could see how big the horn had gotten. I rushed to the swirly girl's side and took Eri from her quickly. I could just make out the sparks already appearing.

Placing a hand on her head, she spoke through tears. "My horn... it's itchy."

I frowned. What could I do to help? Her quirk was still so different from mine, even if it did come from the same crop. "It's okay, Eri. Big Sis is here. I won't leave you. Today at least." I continued to soothe her as much as possible before the rest of class 1-A returned later that night. While I sat there holding Eri, I got to thinking. There were still three months left until D day. How much of that was before the fall of Tartarus? "Eri, Aizawa is going to start training you next week. Why don't we take a nap? Would that be alright?"

She nodded with a huge smile on her face. So after we ate the hotpot with the rest of the class, we gave them a wave before leaving. That got me thinking. By now, Shigaraki had already no doubt become much stronger. What was I going to have to do to keep up and stop him? I had to avenge Kai, but I needed to do it my way. I wasn't even sure what my way was yet. As far as most Villains went, I didn't really care. Capture, and send them off to jail, sure. Shigaraki though... I needed to give him a fate worse than death itself after what he did to Kai.

Now first things first, where was the hospital, was it the place Kai first took me? "Jaku Hospital... Nah?" I thought to myself before falling asleep. Right now, I was here for Eri, nothing else. Focus. I need to get a handle on my ability before time runs out.

Spring break was almost over and I was walking with the class under the Cherry Blossom trees. I've been having dreams lately... Old memories that I thought I'd lost. Today's work study was an expeditionary operation. Everyone was going, I could only wonder why. After changing and meeting up with green fire hair lady we meet at a city. She was giving instructions. "There are heroes at the foot of that mountain! We'll be evacuating residents here in the back!"
