With the UA festival coming in two weeks everyone was extremely hyped up and working hard to make sure they were in shape for it. Though, it wasn't until half way into the second week that I could even talk to the green haired boy. I managed to catch him on the way to lunch. "Hey, umm... green-haired kid, can I speak with you real quick?" He turned to me, but stopped letting me catch up to him.

He gave me a nervous smile. "Sure. But green-haired kid?"

I just shrugged. "I don't really know any of your names, so pretty much everyone has a nickname. For example, Todoroki is peppermint, there is also Boom boom boy, Sparky, and Bird-head." He seemed to understand. "It's a little hard to make conversation when everyone is scared of me. Or at least that's the way I understand it."

Giving me another slow nod, he seemed to catch onto what I was saying. "Oh, right... the whole Villain thing. I guess they still don't know what to make of you. After all, we don't even understand what your quirk is. Is it like some kind of teleportation? Hmm, I should probably tell you my name first. I'm Midoriya Izuku, but umm... Kaachan calls me Deku."

Blinking, I realized how quickly this guy's attitude changed. It was like flipping a switch. "Umm... no. My quirk is a time warp. With the limiters I can only hold time for up to five seconds and reverse it for the same amount of time. But, that's not what I wanted to talk to you about. I wanted to thank you for the other day. Apparently you were the reason I didn't wake up in isolation."

Before I noticed it, he was writing something down in a notebook. "Sorry, I... I catalog people's quirks. It's interesting learning about them and what their limits and fighting styles are like. As for the other day, it just didn't seem right to lock you away when you didn't do anything wrong in the first place." Then he seemed to think of something. "Though... if you wouldn't mind, we could clear it with All Might and the principle and you could help me train."

My hand instinctively covered the one on my neck. "I... I don't know if it's a good idea. They don't want me using my power much as it is. Even if they allowed me to... it would be strictly supervised. They would have three heroes on us at all times. If you want me to help you without my quirk, then I can see if they would allow that." He agreed, before All Might called him over to talk. I gave a small wave good-bye as he left.

I was permitted to assist Midoriya thanks to his discussion with All Might, and spent the last three days helping him trin without my quirk. He seemed a little surprised at what my average speed and strength were given that I did only have a time quirk. He was probably just surprised I could keep up with him.

Finally the day of the festival came and I was shown to Eraser Head. He was still completely wrapped in bandages from before. The way they wanted to do this was... for me to use my ability reset on him. Currently, standing with me were All Might, the principal, Eraser Head and the loud guy with the microphone. "So... if I have this right... as long as I can reverse some of the damage from the Nomu... you might take off the limiter on my neck two weeks before my wrists? That and it will count to my 'good behavior'?"

The small mammalian principle nodded. "That is correct. We are working closely with the arresting officer. While we didn't tell him about your... ability he agreed to the sentencing. So, if you wouldn't mind. I would like to see what you can do."

Turning my gaze to the man wrapped up like a mummy I sighed. "Alright... but umm... I'm not sure how much damage I will be able to reverse before the limiter kicks in. It is a lot of damage to reverse." Gently I lifted my hand. "T-Try not to move. It will just make the process harder." Placing my hand on his arm, I started the process. I had to keep focused, that way I didn't reverse his body too much. Normally it wouldn't be a problem, but the limiters were making it difficult. Instead of the few seconds it normally would take, it took closer to a minute before I had to stop.
