Nova walks in and sees her father comforting her mother while Jessica comforts the baby.
"Why is everyone crying?! Is it cause I'm going to school? Cause I do not have to go!"
"No these are happy tears because you'll be out of the house for a few hours." Danny says.
"HEY! NOT NICE!"
Jessica chuckles and wipes her nose. "Yeah that wasn't nice, Danny. I'm just sad baby."
"About me?"
"No about Grayson's daddy."
"Ohhh.. cause he's in Heaven?"
"Yeah.."
"But if he were still here, we wouldn't have my daddy!"
"You wouldn't be here either, kiddo." Danny says.
"Uh HUUUUH! I'd be in mommy's tummy without youuuu!"
Jessica laughs softly.
"That's not how it works, Lovebug."
"That's enough Daddy." Nova lifts her hand.
"Oh Novies." Jessica nods.
"I'm very happy I have you, daddy, Zachary, and Jonas. If Sam were still here I wouldn't have any of you! Even though it's hard.. and I miss Sammy more and more every single day, my life turned out exactly how God wanted it to. I'm exactly where I am supposed to be, with the people God wanted me to be with."
"Yeah, mommy!" Nova runs over and hangs on her neck.
"Watch your brother." Danny says.
Jessica smiles down to the baby. "He's fine."
"I've been through some of the hardest times, and I've been lower than I ever thought possible. But I pulled through and got rewarded in the end."
"With me?" Nova smiles.
"With you, Jonas, my Zachy, and your handsome Daddy."
"Oooh! You think he's cute!" Nova giggles.
"Just a little bit." Jessica chuckles.
"Daddy, she likes you!" Nova shouts.
"I had no idea! I'm honored, Jess." Danny says with a smile.
Jessica throws her head back and laughs.
Just then Grayson walks in and says, "We were supposed to leave five minutes ago."
"Oh dammit! Everyone! In the car!" Jessica quickly stands.
Grayson watches everyone running around like crazy people. He then shakes his head and laughs. "You guys."
No one even noticed Grayson said a word.
"GUYS!" He shouts.
"What?" Jessica answers.
"I lied, we still have ten minutes." He smiles.
"Grayson George." Jessica gives him a look.
"It got your mind off of everything else though, didn't it?"
Jessica let's out a small chuckle.
"Yes. You really are just like your father." She laughs and hugs him with her free arm.
"Yeah.... Mom?"
"Yes baby?"
"With this ten minutes we have.. can you please put a bra on?"
Jessica laughs and holds him tighter, pressing Grayson into her body.
"Sure, I can do that, little man!" Jessica baby talks.
"Here. Wanna hold brother?"
"Sure. Come here, Jo. Come to your most handsome brother."
Jessica chuckles and nods her head.
"I'll be down in two minutes!"
"We have ten. Take more time and do your hair."
"You little butt!" Jessica laughs.
Grayson let out his beautiful laugh. A laugh that reminded her of Sam's. It was loud and full of happiness.
Jessica kisses Grayson's cheek, then hurried upstairs.
Meanwhile Nova is following Danny and bugging him about school.
"Daddy please don't make me go! I'll be a good girl forever, I promise!"
"Nova, this isn't about you being bad. You have to go to school so you'll be smart!"
"DADDY THINKS I'M DUMB!" She sobs.
"I didn't say that! Oh Nova Bella, you are a pain! Go sit in the living room with your backpack and let me get ready."
"But Daddy!"
"Go!"
"MMM!!" Nova makes a face and stomps out of the room.
"I don't like these people!" She mumbles under her breath.

Finally after an eventful morning, the two kids were at school.
Danny and Jessica drove back home with a sleeping Jonas, and sat down on the couch. The house was completely silent.
"Wow." Danny laid his head back and shut his eyes. "Listen to that silence." He takes a deep breath and relaxes onto the couch.
Jessica sniffles.
Danny lifts his head and asks, "What's wrong?"
"I miss my babies!!"
"I need a drink."
