It was Samuel and Nova's birthday month and Jessica and Tiffany went out to go shopping for their parties.
"I can't believe our babies are going to be one already!" Jessica says to Tiffany.
"I know! It seems like just yesterday we were pregnant."
"It really does. Little miss Nova, you took forever to come out into the world, didn't you?"
Nova giggles and baby talks to her mother.
"Heh! Then when you came out, you just about killed mommy!"
Nova covers her mouth and laughs.
"It's not funny, bugga boo!"
Tiffany laughs and Samuel starts baby talking.
"What, handsome? You two are always fighting for attention, aren't you?"
"Ahh!" Nova shouts before blowing spit bubbles and reaching touching Samuel's face.
They were both sitting in the basket beside each other.
Samuel turns to her and Tiffany says, "Be nice!"
He looks to his mother then turns to Nova and puckers his lips.
"Awe! What a sweet boy! Give him kissies, Noves." Jessica tells her.
Nova takes out the finger that was in her mouth and leans towards Samuel. She opens her mouth and bangs her face into him.
"She doesn't quite know how to give kisses yet." Jessica laughs.

After dinner.
"Look at those two crawling around everywhere." Jessica smiles.
"Nova looks so tiny compared to Samuel." Danny chuckles.
"I know! My baby girl is so petite!"
"Remember. How big you were and everyone thought she was gonna be huge! Then you had her and she was this tiny little thing!!" Sam laughs and Jessica gives him a dirty look.
"Haha..Hah.. I mean.. You looked great! Such a beautiful pregnancy glow you had, momma."
"Save it, Samuel!"
"I love you!"
"You love your fat mom?"
"I didn't say fat."
"You said huge." Tiffany says.
"Thank you, Tiffany." Sam gives her a look.
"Hey you said it!" She laughs.

Samuel's first birthday.
"My boy is one year old today!" Sam says.
"I know! It went by so fast! Now he's this little person!"
"A little person who still has yet to speak! Say Dada, Samuel."
Samuel laughs and kicks his legs.
"No, say Dada!"
The baby blows spit bubbles in his face making Tiffany laugh.
"Thanks, son." Sam says with a straight face.
That day all of their family and friends went to the park for Samuel's birthday party.
