March 23rd.
Sam's 9th anniversary and the twins' first birthday.
Jessica was busy cooking a few things she was taking to the party, so Grayson did his best to keep Nova entertained.
"NO! I no wanna play dis!"
"You said you wanted to, silly."
"No more! Color!"
"Okay but we can't make a mess. We can't spill the colors everywhere the way you always do."
"Yesh! Me color!"
"You can color, but we're not going to be messy."
Nova looks at Grayson and slaps his cheek.
"Hey that's not nice! I'm gonna tell momma."
"No telling mama!"
"Well you shouldn't do that."
"No be mean to me, Gway!" She pouts.
"I'm not mean to you! You slapped me, little turd!"
"No play witchyew no more!" Nova stands up and runs off.
Grayson sighs with exhaustion and cleans up their mess.

10 minuets later.
"Mama, Gway no let me play with Fwed!"
"He's my dog!" Grayson shouts.
"Nova, go play with your dolls. We're about to leave for the twins' birthday party anyway." Jessica says.
"NO! Me want Fwed!"
"Mom, she wants to ride him!"
"Nova, you cannot ride him."
"MOMMA!" Nova throws herself on the ground and begins throwing a tantrum.
Jessica sighs.
"Daniel, will you come deal with this, please? I have to finish up in here."
"Sure.
Heyyy! What's going on in here?"
Nova screams with her face still flat against the ground.
"Hey, Hey, Hey, I can't understand you when you're screamin like that."
Nova sits up on her knees and babbles as she continues sobbing.
"Love bug.. I can't understand you, Princess" Danny says in a calm voice.
"I wanna ride the DOGGYYYYYY!"
"Well you can't do that, stand up and come watch tv with daddy."
Nova coughs and rubs her eyes.
She then lifts her arms up for Danny.
"You can't walk now? Heh, you spoiled little cutie.
Now stop cryin, you're making yourself sick."
"Daddyyyy.." Her voice trails off as she lays on her father's shoulder.
"I know.. being a toddler is so stressful, huh?"
Nova sniffles then wipes her nose on Danny's shirt.
"Great. I'm going to this party covered in boogers!" He says making Jessica and Grayson laugh.

On the drive over to James and Caroline's house Nova fell asleep.
"She's asleep.. no one speak!" Grayson says in a low voice.
Jessica chuckles.
"Is she driving you crazy, baby?"
"Yes! She's been so bad today!"
"Heh, maybe your mother's pregnant." Danny jokes.
