brenda's pov

year and a half later (josh-2 yrs, amelia-6 yrs)

"jack, can you come down here a sec?" i yelled, grabbing the railing of the staircase.

i heard his footsteps running down the stairs as he stood in front of me.

"yeah, babe?"

i pointed at josh and amelia playing in the living room.  josh had on a small, toy construction hat and a stick-on mustache.  

"what is he wearing?" i huffed.

jack had a smile on his face as he laughed.

"i made him into a real man, now, baby!" 

i let out a small laugh as i gestured for him to remove them.

"you're no fun!" jack pouted, gently peeling josh's sticker mustache off.

josh didn't seem to mind, he just continued playing with his sister.

"oh, but i can be," i smirked, as i put the helmet back into the dresser.
