After work, Isabella headed straight for T-M. Gemma was busy with paperwork in her office trying to keep herself busy when Happy's wife arrived. The younger woman knocked on the door and waited for Gemma. Once she heard "Come in!", Isabella entered the office. Gemma looked up and was shocked to see who had come to see her.

"Isabella..." Gemma started.

"I already know he's been taken to jail." Isabella interrupted the older woman, "I just came to ask if he had a lawyer or not. If he doesn't, I can get my family's lawyer to take his case. This guy takes no one's crap."

"The boys do have a lawyer on retainer already." Gemma stated.

"Ok." Isabella replied, "Do you know where Tig is? Happy told me to get his number in case I needed him for anything."

"He's working on a car at the moment. Feel free to go find him." Gemma stated, "Are you alright? With him going to jail?"

"He thinks it's a bogus charge. I'm sure he didn't do anything wrong. If you need another lawyer, let me know. I'll set everything up." Isabella smiled at the older woman before leaving the office.

As Isabella was walking across the lot to find Tig, Tara parked her car and raced to the office. She wasn't happy about being called about her husband being taken to jail. She wanted to know what was going on with the club. Tig was surprised to see Isabella walking towards him. She smiled sweetly at him as she noticed him looking at her.

"What can I do for you, Doll?" Tig asked.

"Happy told me to get your number in case anything happened while he was in jail." She got straight to the point making Tig smile.

"He's just trying to make sure you have someone that will look out for you while he's away. Give me your phone and I'll set my number for you." Tig replied as he wiped his hands on a grease rag.

"Thank you, Tig. It's appreciated." She sweetly stated.

"It's no problem. You're Hap's 'ol lady. It's our responsibility to look after you since Happy's been locked up. Like we'll look after Tara." Tig told her, "If you need anything, don't hesitate to call me. Night or day, ok?"

"I will. And thanks again." She replied before bidding him a good afternoon.

"How do you think she's gonna handle him being gone for so long in jail?" Opie questioned his brother.

"Hard to say but interesting to see." Tig retorted.

Tara was arguing with Gemma when Isabella was on her way back to her car. The younger woman felt bad for the doctor. Not only would she be missing her husband, but she had to take care of those sweet boys all by herself while he was gone. She wasn't sure she could handle that by herself like Tara did. Pulling out of the space she'd parked in, she looked in her rear view mirror to see Opie, Tig, and Bobby standing around watching the two women fight. She shook her head and left the lot to head to an empty condo. The only good side was she would be able to focus more on her next book. "Handsome and Haunting" had been so popular her publicist suggested she make it into a series. Liking secretly writing about Happy, she agreed.

Having him go to jail gave her a little drama to add to the book. His homecoming would be something worth writing in as well she was sure of it! When her stomach began making ungodly noises, she decided it was a good time to take a break. Thinking of her husband and eating alone made her sad. She ordered herself Chinese and waited for her food to be delivered. As she sat on her couch, she couldn't help but wonder how well he'd be fed in jail. Would it be just enough to keep them alive? Would it even be worth eating? All the things he told her about his time in prison all came rushing back as she sat there and she was truly afraid for him.

Knocking at the door brought her out of her thoughts. When she opened up the door, she found the delivery guy standing there. She smiled as she handed over her money and took the bag containing her food. As she always did, she locked the door behind her before setting the bag down on the coffee table. She walked into the kitchen to pour herself a glass of tea, grab a paper towel, then walked back into the living room. There was an old horror movie coming on so she got settled on the couch with her food to eat and watch the movie.

It was something she and Happy did quite often together and thinking of him now made her sad. 'Who knows what he's having to do right now!' she sighed as she ate her dinner. It was going to take a bit to get used to him not being there with her. She'd gotten so used to his presence and knowing she wasn't alone in the house over the last two years. Not in the mood to do any more writing, she watched another movie before heading to bed. Seeing his daughter in a bit of a funk the next morning when she went to work made Michael pull her aside and ask what was wrong.

She took a deep breath and told him that Happy and three more of his biker friends had been taken to jail for Criminal Trespassing. Michael frowned, as she figured he would, before asking if there was anything he could do. She told him that they had a lawyer already but she would feel better if their lawyer at least helped on the case. He just nodded then kissed her forehead. During her lunch break, Isabella called Gemma to get the name and number of the Sons' lawyer so she could set up a meeting between the two lawyers. Gemma was surprised Isabella was getting her lawyer involved but didn't say anything about it.

Gemma gave the information over easing some of Isabella's stress. Clay was surprised that Isabella was getting involved like she was. He figured she'd distance herself as much as she could since she was of the "upper class" of society. Phil Donaldson, Isabella's family's lawyer, was quick to get up-to-speed on the case through Mr. Rosen. He wanted to know what he was up against and figure out what their next move should be. Mr. Rosen was rather impressed with what he was hearing from Mr. Donaldson as they chatted about the case. Isabella didn't know anything about the biker's lawyer and felt better having her own representing her husband.

Mr. Donaldson went out to inspect the property where Happy and his brothers had been accused of Criminal Trespassing. He stood by the road and took as many photos as he could. There was no "No Trespassing" sign anywhere that he could see. There were no fences blocking off one property from the next which he took photos of as well. The bikers kept with the story of wanting to open a bar and were simply looking at different properties to build their bar on. Mr. Donaldson was more than confident that he could win the case for the bikers and quickly showed all the evidence he gathered with Mr. Rosen.

It took a full month before there was even a court date scheduled for Happy and his brothers. It annoyed Clay and worried Isabella. Mr. Donaldson reassured the young bride that things were going to be fine and that he and Mr. Rosen had the case in hand. Isabella took time off work so she could be in court when Happy's court date finally came up. He was shocked to see her there. Gemma went with her partly to see how the woman would react to seeing her husband in the hideous orange jumpsuits and partly to show support for her boys.

Mr. Rosen let Mr. Donaldson take the lead when it was time to present their case. Mr. Donaldson was quick to show the judge the pictures he'd taken and pointed out that no where was there any "No Trespassing" signs put up anywhere. He reassured the judge that if there had been, the four bikers would not have been on the property and would have contacted the owner instead. He pointed out that the arrest had been unlawful which led into an unlawful detainment of his clients for the past month while they awaited a court date. Gemma was rather impressed, which spoke volumes, with Isabella's lawyer. He went for blood!

Seeing the informationpresented, the judge dismissed the case and said the bikers would be releasedthe following day. Isabella sat back and sighed with relief. Gemma promised she'dhave a family dinner the next night to welcome the boys home. Isabella wasquick to let her know how much she'd love to help making Gemma smile and drapeher arm around the younger woman's shoulders. Happy looked over to where hiswife sat with the Queen and smiled inwardly. Isabella nodded at him making himreturn the gesture before he was led out of the court room. Isabella and Gemmaleft after that so they could give the good news to the rest of the boys.
