"Well. They had a nice home." Quinn stated making Tig laugh.

"It's her condo. He moved in with her." Tig explained.

"Oh. She must make some pretty good money to afford a condo in that neighborhood." Quinn said.

"She works at her father's company and I believe she writes books on the side. She does pretty well for herself from what I've been told." Tig commented as he eyed up a redheaded crow eater.

"What kind of books does she write?" Quinn asked as Opie sat down.

"Talking about Isabella?" Opie asked earning a nod from Tig, "Believe it or not, she writes erotica novels. And from what I read in one of her books, she's one hell of a writer."

"You read one of her books?" Tig raised his eyebrow at his brother making Opie shrug.

"I read a little one night as Lyla was taking a shower. She loves Isabella's books. Always puts her in the mood after she's done reading." Opie smirked.

'The hell is erotica?' Quinn thought to himself as he nursed his beer. The more he found out about this woman, the more he wanted to know. What did she do for her father that allowed her to afford such a condo? How successful was she in being an author? Where could he find these books she writes? Tig finally got up to take the redhead back to his dorm leaving Quinn and Opie behind. Quinn was lost in his thoughts about Happy's 'ol lady when a blond crow eater sauntered up looking for some fun.

"I'm headin' home. See ya later, man." Opie told his brother before downing the rest of his beer and standing up.

The blond took Quinn's attention after Opie left. Bobby had left to head back to his home. Clay had already left and Jax was preparing to head home as well. Happy was learning how to bath his son as he watched Isabella doing it in the guest bathroom. He laughed as the boy splashed around laughing and smiling. 'Isabella hadn't been lying' he thought, 'He's a really happy baby!' One the boy had been bathed and Isabella thought he'd played enough, she told her husband to get him out of the bath so she could dry him off while she reached for the towel.

Happy watched as she quickly dried him off then got him ready for bed. They walked into the nursery where she sat down in the rocking chair to read him stories. The Killah just leaned against the door frame and listened to every word. It amazed him how good she was with his son. How easily she'd taken to the role of mother. He knew they'd have to make a trip to visit his mother soon so she could see his son. Axel was fighting sleep but the rocking his mother was doing and her soft, soothing voice made it hard for him to stay awake. Isabella finally smiled and moved to lay him in his crib. She followed Happy to their room where they shut the door.

Happy had finally gotten into the family's routine. She'd wake up early enough to take a shower, get dressed, do her hair and make-up, then start on breakfast. He would change Axel and get him dressed for the day before setting him in his high chair. After breakfast Isabella would clean the kitchen then take their son to daycare before going into work. He'd head to the shop for whatever work there was or to handle club business. Sometimes she'd drop by bringing lunch with her. Sometimes he surprised her by bringing her lunch.

She would pick up Axel from daycare on her way home in the evenings. He would be in the play pen when Happy returned home. Isabella would be in the middle of cooking dinner or nearly have it done by the time he got home. Until dinner was done, he'd play with Axel on the floor. After dinner, and she'd cleaned the kitchen, they'd both play with Axel until it was time for his bath and bedtime. Some nights she'd let Happy spend time alone with their son while she worked on her novel. After Axel went to bed it was mommy and daddy's time.

Most nights it was adult fun but sometimes they'd just lay in bed together talking about things. He opened up more to her than he did anyone else. He knew she'd keep his secrets and what he confided in her to herself. She always listened intently knowing it was rare for him to open up like he did with her. On top of loving the sound of his deep, gravelly voice. She thought she'd never get tired of hearing him talk. He felt safe with her. Although she made him feel vulnerable, he'd come to accept it because he was opening up to her and he never did that with anyone else. Not even his mother knew everything about him or what he'd done.

That summer, Michael decided the family should take a vacation. He was making plans to take himself, Kay, Isabella, Happy, and Axel to Hawaii for a week to relax and have a good time. Isabella was excited about the family trip and animatedly told her husband all about it when he came home that night. There was lounging on the beach, snorkeling, surfing, luaus, seeing a live volcano, and just getting away from the house for a while. They never went anywhere, she told him, and it would be nice to make memories. He ran his hand over his face and said he'd talk to Clay about him taking off for a week. She left a wet kiss to his cheek making him chuckle.

Clay was surprised at what Happy was telling him. It was odd enough that the Tacoma Killah had taken an 'ol lady but now he was asking for a week to go on vacation with his 'ol lady's family. Since nothing was going on with the club, he gave his permission making Happy less tense. He knew his wife was going to be overjoyed at the news. Tig watched Happy as he left the Prez to go work on a car and wondered what was so important that Happy had to talk to him alone. It wasn't his business so he kept his mouth shut.

Everyone wondered where Happy was when he didn't come around for a whole week. Tig went to their condo and no one answered. His bike and her car were parked in their right places. It worried him about what might have happened to the Killah and his family. When he approached Clay about it, he said Happy had asked for a week for some personal time. The biker leader said no more about it leaving Tig to wonder what his brother was doing. It had something to do with Isabella since she hadn't answered the door and their vehicles were there.

Kay and Isabella documented everything they did making Michael laugh and shake his head. "Axel might not remember this vacation but I want to look back later on." Isabella pouted. Happy groaned as he watched his wife pout. It made his insides do backflips. He knew if she ever pulled that look on him, he'd be a goner. He couldn't deny his woman anything and he knew it. They got the odd stares because of Happy and all his tattoos but the little family didn't care. They were having a great time. Happy wanted to burn the image of his wife in a bikini in his mind when he saw her after she'd changed. He took a few photos of her making her blush. These photos would be good when he was out on a run and needed the release.

There were a few photos he had his wife send to him so he had them on his phone. Hearing laughter brought Happy out of his thoughts. They were sitting together at a table waiting for a luau to start and having some drinks. They'd spent the day at the beach and he was ready to just sit back and relax in the cool evening air. They'd taken a few tours of the island already including one that took them to the mouth of the volcano. It didn't really interest Happy but he went because the rest wanted to go.

Who was he to say something? He was getting a free trip to Hawaii! Isabella looked over at him and smiled making him smile back. She was still in her bikini but now she had a sarong on covering her up. It looked cute on her, he thought, and he liked seeing her in it. Their time in Hawaii was almost up although he had to admit it was nice to just get away and relax. No club business, no threats to worry about, no dealing with drama. Just his family and in-laws and fun. Michael began talking about going back to Colorado for Christmas making Isabella excited. She liked snowboarding and was dying to see how her son would do in the snow. It made Happy chuckle although he wasn't a cold-weather person.
