She had hamburger meat cooking in a skillet while she prepared her own special enchilada sauce in a medium sized pan next to the skillet. Once her sauce was set to marinade and simmer, she got to chopping an onion as she always put chopped onions in her enchiladas. Tears were streaking down her face as she chopped which she always hated but it was a strong onion. Tig headed into the kitchen to see what was going on when the smelled hamburger meat cooking and found Isabella crying as she chopped the onion.

"Doll? What's wrong?" He tenderly asked.

"This onion is pretty potent. Got my eyes all watery." She stated, "I hope you guys are hungry. Another hour or so and lunch should be ready."

"You really don't have to cook for us. We're happy to help Happy's 'ol lady." Tig replied.

"Nonsense. I'd never ask for help and not pay somehow." She looked up and flashed him a grin.

"It's still not necessary." He said, "Even if it is greatly appreciated."

"It's the least I can do for your hard work. It would have taken me forever to paint all four walls with two coats." She chuckled bringing a smile to his face.

"So what are you gracing us with this afternoon?" He asked as he looked over to the stove.

"Homemade enchiladas with my own enchilada sauce." She stated.

"Sounds great." Tig told her.

"Well, it's my mom's recipe really. (She laughed) But it is quite popular in our family." She explained as Opie entered the kitchen.

"Hi Isabella. When did you get back?" He questioned.

"A few minutes before the prospect came out to get Tig a glass of tea." She responded, "How are things going?"

"Just waiting an hour or so for the first coat to dry some before we begin applying a second coat." Opie told her.

"Wow. You guys work fast." She laughed making Opie chuckle as well.

"The quicker it gets done, the quicker it dries, the quicker you can get on with furnishing the room and preparing for the baby." The bearded biker said.

"Speaking of, how are you feeling?" Tig questioned.

"Other than morning sickness kicking my butt I feel great." She replied with a shrug before wiping her face, "Sorry. These onions are about to kill me."

"We should get back to the nursery and leave you to your cooking." Opie stated.

"I'll call you when lunch is ready." She told the pair with a friendly smile.

The two bikers walked back to the nursery while she finished up with her onions. She went to stir her sauce and meat making sure there was no pink left before moving to drain it of the grease in the pan. The meat was moved back into the skillet before she grabbed some tortillas and a large baking dish. She turned on the oven to begin pre-heating before spraying the baking dish with cooking oil, she began to prepare the enchiladas for baking. As she worked, she hummed along to a tune that had gotten stuck in her head.

The other prospect came out to grab a bottle of water before darting back to the nursery as she was filling tortillas. She dipped each side of the tortilla into the enchilada sauce, filled it with meat, onions, cheese, and a drizzle of the sauce then rolled it up and laid it seam side down in the baking dish. The kitchen was smelling wonderful and she had to smile. The baby was going to be very pleased with lunch today! Once the baking dish was completely filled, she had to get a smaller baking dish and filled it up as well. She drizzled the remaining meat, some cheese, and sauce over all the enchiladas then put them in the oven for baking. Once the cheese was melted and gooey they were done.
