I wanted to write a conversation between Minghao and his parents in Chinese. I tried my best to translate it into English, so sorry if it's wrong.

"你这肮脏的小东西,你做什么? (You filthy creature. What are you doing.)"

Minghao looked up just in time to get hit in the face by the book his father was reading. [ That hurt]

"我在吃早餐呀,您呢?你应该不是在乱丢书本吧。 (I'm making my breakfast. What are you doing father? I sure hope you aren't throwing a book at someone.)" Minghao answered, he didn't know why he said the last part, he just felt like it.

"你这个小鬼。 (You little piece of sh*t.)" Minghao's father snatched the piece of bread Minghao was buttering up and threw it on the floor. Grabbing his belt, he hit Minghao merciless, before pulling him by the collar, dragging him out of the house. He slammed the door on Minghao's face, most possibly to mean, get out of the house I could never afford without you because you pay more than half of the rent.

Minghao sighed loudly, getting weird looks from his neighbours as he was still in his pyjamas, he made his way to his friend, Chenle's house. This was a daily procedure so he always kept his books and spare clothes at Chenle's place just in case his father wasn't kind enough to throw them out with him. Ringing the doorbell, he checked his reflection in the window.

"对不起,我刚刚起床。进来吧。(Sorry, I just woke up. Come in.)"

After changing into his school uniform, Minghao grabbed his bag.

"我先走了。再见。 (I'm going first. See you.)" and with that, he left the house.
