Chapter 32

Miheeka's Pov: 

"What time should I come," I ask Rana as I put him on speakerphone. I begin to tie my shoelaces as he talks.

"You can come whenever. My parents aren't home..." he says in a teasing way. I roll my eyes and tell him I am going to be there in a few minutes. I grab my purse and put on my sunglasses on my way out. After a few minutes, I reach his house and ring the doorbell impatiently.

He opens the door and immediately scoops me up into his arms.

"Rana, what the hell, put me down," I yelled at him. He closes the door behind us and carries me in his arms bridal style.

"Stop it please," I say to him as he runs up the stairs.

He walks into his room and locks the door behind him.

"Rana," I giggle as he lightly throws me onto his bed. I toss my bag onto the ground as he walks over to the bed. He gets onto the bed and leans down to connect our lips. I pull him closer to me by wrapping my arms around his neck.

"Rana," I giggle as he moves his lips to my neck. He leaves kisses from behind my ear down to my collarbone.

He moves his lips back to mine, and I slowly slide my hands underneath his shirt. I feel his hard abs underneath his shirt, and I pull upwards telling him to take his shirt off. I run my arms up and down his chest, feeling his muscles. I feel Rana's hands move from my face to my stomach. He breaks the kiss and looks at me while pulling up my shirt slightly as if asking me if it's ok to go on. I nod at him, my chest heaving up and down. He kisses me, before slowly moving his lips down to my stomach. I lift my arms so he can take my shirt off and I feel his eyes rake my body as I am left in nothing but my bra on the top of my body. I pull him down onto my lips and kiss him as I feel his hands moving towards the button on my jeans. I feel myself getting a little nervous when he starts to slide my jeans down my legs.

"Are you sure," he asks me once we are left with nothing but our undergarments. I slightly nod at him and he promises to be careful.

I wake up the next day and slowly start to realize what happened last night. I facepalm myself for falling asleep. I turn over and shake Rana until he wakes up.

"How am I going to leave?" I ask him while putting on my clothes and combing through my hair with my hands. He rolls around for a second before getting up. I texted my brother that I accidentally fell asleep at Shriya's house and asked him to cover for me. I peck Rana's lips before grabbing my shoes and walking out of the door. Thank god no one is there so I manage to leave without anyone noticing me. I reach my house at 10:00 am and both my parents are home for some reason.

"Strange," I say to myself and go upstairs to shower. When I come downstairs my mom, dad, and brother are all sitting down on the sofa having a deep conversation.

"Miheeka, come sit down with us," Mumma says and I oblige while giving my brother a look to keep his mouth shut.

"So you know about Vijay right?" Nanna asks me. I turn my attention towards him.

"Yes, I do," I say, waiting for him to continue. My dad looks at my mom for a second and she nods at him to continue.

"Remember how Vijay's parents proposed to you to marry him?" My dad asks me again. I slightly nod my head not being able to reply. My heart starts beating so fast. My mom takes it from there, "They are coming over to decide on an engagement day! You are getting married." I widen my eyes and open my mouth.
