Chapter 51

Ranas Pov:

I roll onto my side, and see Miheeka still sleeping next to me. Her stomach is going up and down as she takes in soft breaths. I move the hair away from her face and lightly kiss the side of her head before walking into the bathroom to get ready for the day.

"Morning," I set the towel down when I hear Miheeka's voice as she walks in. She moves her arms above her head to tie her hair up, making her shirt lift up. A little bit of her pale stomach has come to my view, and I see the little bump starting to form. I walk up to her, and wrap my arms around her back. She squeals when I lift her shirt up to place my cheek against her stomach.

"Your beard tickles," I caress her stomach with my thumb and pull her closer to me when she complains about my facial hair. I hear her sigh, when I start kissing her stomach and she puts her hands on my head.

"Hi baby, I just want you to know that your mommy and I love you so so much," I bend down onto my knees and hold her waist in my hands as I look at her stomach.

"Hurry up and come out already, I want to meet you," I kiss her belly button as she laughs at me, stroking my hair.

"What about my kiss," I get off my knees and slowly push her shirt down as she moves to wrap her arms around my neck.

"Good morning love," I connect our lips in a soft kiss, as I hold her chin in my hand. I feel her smile into the kiss as I start to pull away.

"How can one look so perfect this early in the morning," I pull her against me by my waist, being careful of her small bump between us. She just shakes her head, and walks into my embrace. I hold her against me, resting my head on hers as I can hear her light breaths of content against my neck.

"We have to get ready, we are going to finalize our new place today," She lifts her head off my chest and smiles.

"Mmm no, I just want to hug you," I rub my head against her neck while hugging her from behind.

"Rana, please let me get ready." I move away from her, and watch as she brushes her teeth and takes the time to wash every inch of skin on her face.

"Can you hand me my lotion," She nods at the bottle on the edge of the sink while wiping her face. I pump some lotion in my hands and look at her.

"Give me your arms?" She lifts her arms up, and looks up at me through her eyelashes. I slowly rub the lotion, "that feels nice" She says to me, as I rub on her calves with lotion.

"Really," I ask her, taking more time to move my hands to the skin on her bare thighs.

"Ya," She breathed out, looking at me with her lips parted. I walk closer to her, and put my hands on her thighs, just barely touching her shorts. I feel her skin breaking out into goosebumps under my touch and her chest starts going up and down faster. I move my hands off her legs to grab more lotion, but I feel Miheeka's hand on mine, putting it back at her upper thigh. She quickly grabs my face in her hands, and pulls my lips down to meet her. I pull her to the edge of the counter and feel her giggle when I move my hands underneath her shorts.

"Mmm, stop Rana we are going to be late," She says as she breaks the kiss. I pout when she pushes me away from her and starts brushing through her long wavy locks.

"Babe, can you go get me some clothes from the suitcase?"

I nod and pick out an oversized tee shirt and leggings. I carefully help her get off the counter and she goes to change while I find my clothes. A few minutes later we finish getting ready and go to sign the lease papers on our new apartment.

Prabhas's Pov:

I sigh and throw my phone onto the bed. It's been two days since Anushka and I talked and I can't handle the silence anymore. This isn't how I want our marriage to continue on and I know I have to fix it by going and talking to her first. I grabbed my car keys and drive to her house. On the way I open up our shared calendar on my phone to see that she's off of work today.
