Prabhas's Pov:

I let out a yawn while I lay back on the bed, and looked towards Anushka. She is laying on her back, her face still blank, making her hard to read.

"What are you thinking about," I turn to rest on my side, and move my hand to rest over her body.

"I don't know," Her voice is quiet still, and it sounds a little lost. She moves so she is laying on her side facing me.

"Talk to me, what can I do to help you, it really hurts to see you like this," I pushed her hair out of her face, my palm resting on her cheeks.

"I need something to get my mind off what happened," Her voice goes low at the last part, and I feel my blood go cold.

"I'm sorry," I say back as I rub her cheek.

"Just talk to me, what's happening at work-,"

"Where do you want to go on our honeymoon," I interrupted her. Moving the topic away from the present, moving it to a hopeful future that we have will help cheer her up. As soon as I say that, the corners over her eyes crinkle slightly and her nose scrunches up as her face moves to make a small smile.

"Somewhere with a beach obviously, maybe an island. Just the two of us, a smaller beach where we can just get away," She starts describing to me where she wants the place to be, and I finally see that glow coming back to her face, the one I never want to see her face without.

"That's not going to happen till we tell my parents, and get Aunty to come around. I don't even have the right to call her Athaya," Her face suddenly drops and I lift her chin up with my hand.

"You will, we'll tell everyone when the time comes," I try to reassure her, but she's already turned away from me, and is laying on her back again.

"Good night," She whispers to me quietly, as she looks up at the blank ceiling.

"I love you," I kissed the side of her forehead, before laying back down and facing her. Her eyes are closed and her chest is going up and down as she lets out soft breaths.

I close my eyes, and try to clear my mind, hoping to get at least a few hours of sleep. Tomorrow is Sunday so I can sleep in a little bit, but I have to be able to fall asleep first to even sleep in.

"Shit," I sit up on the bed when I feel Anushka shaking beside me.

"Mmm, no," She is moving her legs around under the sheets, and face is shaking. She is mumbling out words which I can't understand while pushing her hands into the bed. Her forehead is lightly coated with sweat and she looks on the verge of tears.

"Anushka, Anushka," I shake her arms, trying to wake her up. She suddenly stops moving, and her eyes slowly open.

"It's me, you're ok," I made her sit up against the backboard. Her breaths are still going in and out fast and she won't meet my eyes.

"Do you want to talk about it," I quietly said to her. She wraps her arms around her knees, her breathing slowly down a little bit.

"I just want you to hold me," My heart breaks when she says that to me, slowly lifting her face up to look at me. I pull her into my arms, lying back down on the bed. I hold her close to me, putting her head against my chest as she rests her head on my neck, her slow breaths touching my skin.

"The doctor said it was good that I didn't have nightmares after what happened, I just moved on like nothing had happened. But he said, the trauma could kick in later and make me have nightmares later on, but I just want to forget. I want to move on," I kiss her forehead, and rub her back trying to calm her down.
