~Timeskip after showering and sleeping somewhen~

»Good Morning, y/n« Zhonglis deep but soft voice wakes you up.
»Morning..« you mumble, cuddling closer into the pillow - but the pillow was so warm, so comfortable and smelled like..?
You realized that what you cuddled into was actually Zhongli.
You speed up and look at Zhongli who was just quietly smiling.

»Heyyya ehrm... so what are our plans for today?« you awkwardly say.

»Today is our last day here. I've decided that after today, it would be better for you to leave the Harbour since.. you probably need some time alone. I'm sorry for all the trouble I've caused you.«

You look at him in shook.

»Bu-But I.. don't know where to go and-«

»Don't worry about that. I have a house a little bit further from Liyue Harbour. You can stay there.«

»If you had a house the whole time, why were we staying here ?!?!!«

»I'll tell you that later. Anyways, you should go and pack your stuff. Well go and eat Breakfast the-«

»Z-Zhongli, are.. are you coming with me then..? Like into.. the house? I mean what if Childe still finds me there and-« you say embarrassed.

»Don't worry about that. He won't find it and even if, he's not getting to you then.«

You're actually scared that Childe still might find you there, but that's not the point. You want to stay with Zhongli... you don't know why, but since you met him...

»Hmm, c-could you.. still come with me and stay there a little.. with me?«
You say, looking down so you don't have to face Zhongli.

»y/n« he says, lifting your chin up again
Your heart begins to race.
»I wouldn't have left you completely anyway. There are things which you still have to learn and know about, I have to help you with that, and I gladly will.«

He looks into your eyes and you look back into his. This comfort... this feeling... it can't be... or?
He then brushes a strain of your hair out of your face, smiling at your sight.

You jump up with a tomato red head and start to quickly get your stuff together.
»Uhhh yeah let me get my things real quick...« you say as you stumble over the trash can and fall. "How can I be so clumsy?!"
»Gahhhh I'm sorry I'll clean that up-«

Zhongli leans down to you and helps you picking the trash back up.
»You don't have to rush, we have time. I'll get breakfast now while you're packing your stuff, is that fine?«

»Y-yes, sure« you answer, not really knowing what to say.

»okay, I'll be here soon again. Goodbye, y/n«
»yes, see you!«

In the meantime you also clean up the hostel room, not wanting to leave a mess behind. You keep thinking about Zhongli, but you try to get these thoughts out of your head. His hands on your face, his look at you, his scent...
"No. y/n we're not going to drool over him. He's just a friend."

Zhongli opens the door - in his hands plates with food.
»yess!! That looks good!« you shout, taking the dishes from him.
»Let's eat then!«

~Timeskip~

»Alright. First, we'll head to Childe now to-«

»WHAT?! I thought we-«

»Yes. We'll head off soon, but first we have to get that thing off your neck.« he says, glaring at your neck.

»Oh, yes, you're right.. But what kind of contract was that between you and him?«

»It doesn't matter. Let's go first.«

You quickly follow him, still questioning all this stuff. As you reach the inner part of the Harbour, Childe already approaches you two.

»Good Morning Zhongli! Ojou-Chan!« he says with a bright smile.

»Let's get this done. Shall we?« Zhongli asks Childe who then nods happily.
»Come with me, we shouldn't do things like this in public« he says to you and Zhongli, leading you two to a more quieter and unpopular place.

»Soo.. with what should we start? Y/n or the gno-«
»I have it right here. Now, help y/n.«
»Alright alright! well then...«

Childe steps closer to you, pushing you against the wall.
»This may hurt a little bit, but don't worry~ I'm gonna be gentle~«
You look into his icy blue eyes which were full of excitement.
»what are you going to- Ahh,,!«
Childe bites in your neck, in the same spot where the mark is. It really hurts, but you can bear it.

You look over to Zhongli who visible isn't amused by this. His hands have become fists by now, you don't know if he's aware of that?

After a short moment, Childe lets go of you again. You feel a huge relief - and the mark is gone.
Then, Childe walks over to Zhongli.

»Now your part~«

Zhongli hands Childe a yellow glowing thing which looks like a Chess figure or something. Childe grabs it in excitement.

»Thank you, master Zhongli~ Till we meet next time« he says, then disappearing all of a sudden.

»You're free, y/n. Now let's get back and get our stuff.« Zhongli says with a not-so-amused look on his face.

»What.. was that?? What did you gave him?« you say

»something of the things I'll tell you about when we're done for today. Now, come with me.« Zhongli only answers, taking your hand.

»Mhhhh but then I really want all of the answers!!« you jokingly say, turning to him and heading off to get your stuff and heading to the new house.
