Chapter 35: The Monster Trespassers

Quietly the trio closed in towards the group of orcs and goblins. They were busy eating away a slain monster whilst talking away the night. The moment Ace was in listening range he couldn't believe what he was hearing. 

"Guar Guar...! Tonight is a good night!" An Orc said.

"Huehue! And tomorrow will be another good hunt!" Another orc joined in.

"Food! Food! Food!" Several Goblins chanted as they danced around the fire.

What the hell...? Their level of speaking is that fluent...? 

Ace thought about the complications on their intellect he was glad that he didn't go with Yuni's initial plan.

Yuni turned her head to Ace, waiting for his signal. Ace looked for a suitable location to begin the ambush, pointing across the street. To avoid getting caught, Ace tried conveying to Yuni where to go using body language. In response, she nodded her head. Yuni looked at both the monster group and the path she would take. Yuni took a quick breath to prepare herself. Ace, on the other hand, loaded up his wristbow and summoned his weapons. After making quick preparations, Ace made the signal motioning his arm for Yuni to begin.

Seeing his body motion, Yuni nodded and stepped out, surprising the monster group. Their eyes widened in awe at her beauty, and the goblins began to salivate. The way the goblins reacted made Ace slightly annoyed. His mind seemed to recognise such a sight causing a slight increase of blood flow coursing towards his hands.

"A woman... why is that?" An Orc began questioning Yuni's sudden appearance standing up from his sitting position.

"Heheheehe don't care! don't care! Rape! Rape! Rape!" A goblin wickedly laughed.

"Hehe... I will be the first to break her." Another Orc stood up, cracking his knuckles. 

"No no! Me first! Me first!" A goblin jumped around as he licked his lips, imagining what kind of body Yuni was hiding underneath her clothes.

All the monsters grinned at the sight of Yuni. In response, she made a big sigh. The way they laughed and grinned made her uneasy, causing images of her former slave masters to flash across her mind. She released these flashbacks and emptied her mind. She turned to the monsters with a seductive smile. Her eyes began to glow as she gazed at the group. The monster's mouths salivate even more in response, with their sole focus on Yuni. Knowing she was successful in drawing their attention, she began to run across the street.

Both goblins and orcs took pursuit of Yuni. With the goblins on all fours, saliva comes out of their mouth with each step. The orcs simply ran with no weapons in hand, having no other thought but Yuni.

"Let's move now." Ace said to Darklin, who was on his shoulder.

Darklin nodded in response. 

"I think you overestimate their intelligence, Ace."

"I think you're underestimating them." 

"Well, I should not doubt you can I?" 

Just by hearing them communicate, Ace was worried about what would happen if he encountered a whole army of Orcs, but this was a thought for another time. For now, his focus was not letting anyone lay their hands on Yuni.

Ace followed suit behind the monster group, which was charmed by Yuni. He ran in a quiet motion so he wouldn't be noticed. Although this sacrificed his speed, he was still fast enough to catch up with the thirsty crowd, finally finding an opening to trap them. Darklin split away from Ace's shoulder, waiting for his move.

"To think they'd actually followed!" Ace says as he summons a flaming wall across the street separating a quarter of Orcs away from the fight. 

Ace gritted his teeth at his failure in not separating half but less than what he had planned. Darklin still went with the plan and fired a Dark Nova attack on the quarter of the monsters outside the flame wall. The attack itself wasn't enough causing Darklin to charge up more firepower to finish them off.
