Thirty Seven

Rhegitt's POV

I'm back at L.A. a week after I flew to New York.

Before flying back, I visited Hannah's apartment. I didn't bother seeing her face to face and just looked at the apartment for a good 20 minutes, then left after she went out.

"Where have you been?"

Rad asked me the moment I stepped inside the mansion. Tired because of the jet lag.
"New York." I said and slumped down on the couch, covering my eyes with my arm.

"Rad, I need your help." I peeked at him, and his face become serious all of a sudden.

"What is it?"

"Find me a donor."

"What?!"

"I told you I'd look for a surrogate mother."

"Why don't you just carry it yourself?"

I scoffed, he probably forgot the danger I bring with me.

His face softened. "Give me time."

I nodded. "You should propose to Cass, and make a bunch of little Strifes."
He rolled his eyes which made me laugh.

"You sound horny, Rhegitt."

"Shut up." I throw him the throw pillow, he dodged swiftly making me groan in annoyance.

"I'll be taking my rest." I stood up and went towards my room. I know Rad will exceed my expectations in finding me a donor.

I need to contact a doctor for that.

"Wednesday." I pressed my piercing.

"Yes, Lady Rhegitt?"

"Find me an OB Gyne. The best one, and schedule me an appointment too."

"As you wish, Lady Rhegitt."

"Thanks."

I reached my room and the door automatically opened. I changed it again, so the next time I'll be entering it'll open automatically only for me.

I went straight to the window and looked at the horizon. I glanced at the three house and decided to go there.

Good thing I built a bridge here, it's not a hassle anymore. I opened it and memories I had with this tree house poured in my mind.

I looked around and saw an elegant box, placed on the shelf.

Gosh! How was I so careless?!

I pressed my piercing again. "Wednesday, search for Zielle Asher's file. Have it ready."

"As you wish, Lady Rhegitt."

I opened the box and saw a wrist watch. I caressed it and stared at the watch's name.

Zielle.

This was the legacy she left to me. I pressed the crown of the watch and it brought a sparkling light which turned into a screen. It projected something into the wall.

It was Zielle's recorded videos. As she made this watch, she put a recording device in it and it records her all the time.

She has a wide imagination. As you wear this watch, your memories is recorded in this and it will project if you wanted to. Just press the crown.

Thanks to Zielle, I think I could upgrade this for the Empire.

I smiled inwardly as I thought of those ideas.
