Rhegitt's POV

All I could think of right now is Jai. What she said, struck me. She will carry my sins and burden with me.

Tell me, how did I get so lucky that she accepted me fully? Even the way I resolve things, she accepted it.

I know I did all of it because I wanted to be with her. But seeing her unexpectedly, brought me uncertainty.

Jai is a good person, being with me is like absurd. Much more because I got blood on my hands already.

"You're getting nervous." Harold said, pointing to the fifth cigarette I just smoked a second ago.

"Because..."

"I know. Jai Mendez. Man, did you see her fully? She's a grown woman now!"

Harold even whistled because in all honesty, Jai was smoking hot. Akira did well in dressing her up. Although I know Jai looks good in everything.

Especially when she's not wearing anything.

Wait, what?! I shake that thought away.

"Don't tell me you're going to swing the other way again?"

I joked to Harold, he even acted like he was puking.

"Your woman is hot as fuck, but no buddy."

I chuckled at what he said.

"So? What do you plan to do? She's already here. She got to you first. You guys are so meant to be, you both planned to get each other back. She just got to you first though."

We weren't in the Strife Corp. anymore, after Akira and Jai left, Harold took me to EA.

Einar Agency was made effective a year ago, after Akira and I went to Washington to talk with the Secretary and the President.

We've been getting missions left and right. I'm glad we've got some effective agents. Some of the mafia members before became an agent. Most of them are probably still in their familias but they don't do illegal things anymore.

I made sure that everything will fall into its  places. I'm managing the Einar Agency together with the five heads. Loretta, Charlie, Archie, Vlad and Akira.

I call them the Einar Executives, and I am their President. Most of our agents are highly trained and personally recommended by the Executives.

Lance, Polo, and Denver took the test to become Einar Knights.  I call them that. Harold is still by my side because he is my personal bodyguard and my left hand.
We're still a secret organization and only a few civilian knows us, civilians who have high status in the society.

We're not a spy agency or anything with that sort. We just wanted to help people. If the government want to get something in other countries, or an extraction mission, or if they simply need our help, we are their go guys. We only kill if needed to.

"Do I deserve this? Jai, I mean."

"After all you've done for her? For us? Your happiness is our top priority right now."

I smiled at what Harold said.

"Do you want to have dinner with Jai? Just tell me, and I'll have it arrange right away."

"I think I can handle it. Take me home first."

"As you wish, Lady Rhegitt."

I stood up and and took my coat from the back rest of my chair, and hung it up on my shoulder.
