Rhegitt Strife is known to be notorious in the business world. In every opportunity to crush the competitors, I'd do it. I always show to everyone that being a Strife is not as simple as it looks like.

I have power, money, and fame.

Thanks to my grandfather to make that reputation back in his younger years.
We are feared by many, both in the business and underground world.

Those competitors gave up their companies to partner with ours, just to avoid being bankrupt.

My grandfather taught me to never hesitate to crush your enemy. Destroy every obstacles in your way.

But how come that I, Rhegitt Strife was swooned by a filipina girl. A college girl on top of that.

Jai Mendez, what are you doing to me?

Am I ready? To get someone involved in this messy and scary life of mine?

The first time I kissed her, there was something about it I can't put a finger on. The kiss we shared recently, I know that I loved it and probably would ask more of it.

I told Jai that I think I like her, but it was only a whisper and I'm not sure she heard it. The day when she found me at my haven.

I shook my head to keep this thoughts out of my head. What matters now is now, think of those things later Rhegitt.

"Are you alright Lady Rhegitt?" It was Harold. We are at the Mendez Residence to picked them up. The girls are here too, I guess they decided to meet here.

"I'm fine. Make sure that everything is secure." I told him and he nodded.

He communicated with this men through the earpiece that the Strife Empire produced.

It was 7:00 AM when we arrived and now 20 minutes had passed because everyone is settling their things in the van.

I brought my car with me because we will be convoying with the van and along with the SUV that Lance used together with the other skilled bodyguards that Harold hired.

Casey was here together with Marie. She looked uneasy though. So I walked to her, Marie was helping the girls with their things.

"You okay?" She was surprised by my sudden approach.

"Yes. I'm just nervous that's all." I raised my eyebrow at her. It's not like her at all. I guess she found out that Rad was here huh.

I knew that she and Rad had a thing in the previous years. Casey Borgax is a rich girl, half filipina and half-Italian.

I investigated about her. Her family lives in  Italy and that's where they met, her and Rad. My brother had a movie taping there, and their destinies tangled.

But, being a Strife is a blessing and curse at the same time. The whole world is watching your every move, including the people you associate with.

It was Gramps who made them broke up. That's why Casey went to her mother's home, here in the Philippines.

I saw her once in Manila, and I made sure she'll work for me. I guess this is how fate decides to tangle their lives once again. I am more than happy to be a part of their meeting.

"Don't worry, everything will be alright." I told her and I gave her a reassuring smile. I know that she had a faint idea who I am, probably. We used to hang out in the first three months that I was staying here.

I went to Jai to grab her things and put it in my car. "Thanks." She smiled and I just nod at her.

When everyone was settled we head out.
