*8 years later*
Well, so far your life with Hunter has been amazing. After y'all got married and got everything else figured out, Hunter started to get really serious with his career as a musician. Eventually, all of his hard work paid off and he became a famous Country singer. So far he's won a bunch of awards. Including the CMA Award for New Artist of The Year, the People's Choice Award for Favorite Male Country Artist, and three Grammy's.
Right now, you're getting ready to watch the ACM'S to see if Hunter will win any of the awards he's nominated for. You would be there now, but Hunter just told you to stay at the hotel since you haven't been feeling well lately. You want to tell Hunter the big news but you want to wait till the awards are over.
This time, Hunter is nominated for Best Male Country Artist and Entertainer of the year. This is the first time that he was nominated for Entertainer of The Year so both of you are really excited about it.
You grab a few bags of the M&M cookies that Hunter bought for you and get comfy in the bed of your hotel room. You turn on the TV and turn to the channel where the ACM'S come on. The show just started so you're just in time.
You eat almost all of your M&M cookies as you impatiently wait for the end of the show, where they will announce who takes home the award for Entertainer of The Year. Unfortunately, Hunter didn't get the award for Best Male Country Artist, but that's okay.
After a while, Brad Paisley comes on stage and starts talking about the category and they show all of the nominees for it. Thank God...
"And the winner is..." Brad says, opening the envelope.
"Hunter Hayes. Hunter Hayes. HUNTER HAYES!" You shout. Okay now you're starting to sound like those fangirls.
"HUNTER HAYES!" Brad yells.
"OH MY GOD!" You yell as you start to laugh and cry at the same time.
Hunter walks onto the stage and smiles as he accepts the award from Brad and the people in the audience cheer for him.
"I don't even know what to say..." he says, tears welling up in his eyes.
He takes a few seconds to get himself together so he can speak. You knew that Hunter would be a little emotional if he won this award. He's been talking about it ever since he found out that he was nominated for it and this is something that he's worked for his whole life. He really deserved it.
He thanks his fans, his management team, and all the other people that supported him.
"And last...I just wanted to thank my wife. Unfortunately, she's not here tonight because she wasn't feeling well, but I know that if she could be here then she would, and I know that she's watching this right now. But anyhow, Jaidyn you are my everything and none of this would've happened if I didn't have you in my life. You are my inspiration and there is nothing better than waking up and writing songs about you and letting people know how much my wife means to me. I love you so much. And I love you guys! Thank you so much!"
