After the waiter brought you and Hunter your food, you and Hunter shared some tiramisu, and now you're just sitting at the dinner table and having conversation.
They're playing some live music right now, and there's quite a few people that are on the dance floor. You kinda want to get up and dance, but you're not a good dancer and you don't want to look like an idiot on the dance floor.
"You want to dance?" Hunter asks.
"How'd you know?" You reply, turning to face him.
"You've been looking at the dance floor for a while now," he gets up and walks over to you. "Come on. Let's go up there and dance."
"I don't know Hunter...I'm not really a good dancer..." you say, shaking your head.
"Neither am I..." he says.
He kneels and grabs your hands.
"Come on, let's go up there. And even if you look like an idiot, I'll look like an idiot with you so you're not alone," he laughs.
"Okay," you laugh. "I'll dance with you."
He grins and stands up as he pulls you off of the chair and drags you over to the dance floor. He's so freaking adorable.
"Someone's enthusiastic," you say with a laugh.
"Hey it's not everyday that you get to dance with the girl of your dreams," he says.
You blush at his comment and he stops somewhere close to the middle of the dance floor.
"Here is fine," he says.
He wraps his arms around your waist and pulls you close, and you wrap your arms around his neck.
Thank god they're playing a slow song right now. You're not good at dancing to fast songs. Well, you're not good at dancing at all. But dancing with Hunter seems easier for some reason and for the first time, you're not worried about anything.
After you and Hunter dance for a while, you leave the restaurant and go back to the hotel. It's past 12:00am, and usually you have a lot of energy around this time, but you're pretty tired. Probably because of all that dancing.
You hold hands with Hunter as you slowly walk back to your hotel rooms, talking about the amazing night you had and plans for tomorrow.
"I don't know why you say that you're not good at dancing..." Hunter says.
"I'm not!" You say with a laugh.
He looks at you and smiles. "That's a lie. You're an amazing dancer."
"Thank you Hunter. So are you," you say, smiling back at him.
You stop walking when you get to your hotel room.
"Hey Hunt," you say, grabbing his other hand and looking into his eyes. "I just wanted to say thank you so much for taking me out tonight. I had an amazing time."
"I had an amazing time with you too. I always love going out with you..." he says, wrapping his arms around your waist and looking into your eyes. "Is it okay if I kiss you again?"
You laugh. "You know you don't have to ask me, right?"
"Yeah but I still want to be a gentleman. I don't want to shove my lips on yours without permission," he says with a laugh.
"But you did that earlier!" You say. "That was necessary! You started ranting about not feeling beautiful and I thought you looked AMAZING and I needed to get your attention. But hey, it worked!" He says.
"Yes it did work," you say.
"Did you enjoy it?" He asks, raising an eyebrow and laughing.
"Hunter!" You blush and look away.
"What? I just want to know if you enjoyed it! I would've made the kiss longer, but someone made us late for dinner..." he says with a laugh.
"Hey!" You say, punching his chest. "I apologized for that! And to answer your question...the kiss was amazing..."
"I was hoping you'd say that," he says.
He leans forward and places a soft kiss on your lips.
"That's all I get?" You ask as he pulls away.
"Isn't it past your bedtime?" He jokes.
"Shut up! I'm 19 not 15!" You say as you laugh and press your lips to his.
You wrap your arms around his neck and one of your hands find their way to his hair. When Hunter kissed you earlier, it was still amazing but it was rushed. This time, the kiss was slower and more meaningful.
You pull away from the kiss and look into his eyes. God, you want to tell him so badly that you love him. But it's too soon and you don't want to ruin anything.
A few seconds pass. You're still staring at him and there's nothing but an awkward silence.
"I'm sorry," you say, looking away.
"Sorry for what?" He asks. "Just for making things awkward..." you reply.
Okay, now you feel pretty stupid for saying that.
"So..." you say, looking at him again and changing the subject. "I guess I'll see you tomorrow?"
"Of course," he says softly.
"Okay," you say, and his hands slowly fall from your waist.
"I'll see you in the morning," he says, a smirk on his face.
"Okay," you giggle and open the door to your hotel room.
You close the door and start putting on your pajamas and taking off your makeup.
When you finally turn off the lights and get in bed, you can hardly sleep. Of course, the first thing that comes to your mind when you're bored or you can't sleep is "text Hunter" but that's a stupid idea. You just talked to him a few minutes ago and you don't want to annoy him.
You decide to turn on the TV and find something to watch, which is kinda complicated because a lot of the channels are in Italian.
While in the middle of searching for something to watch, you remember that Hunter gave you a necklace earlier while you were in the middle of rambling.
You sit the TV remote down and pick up the heart part of your necklace. It has the words "You'll always be wanted" engraved on it.
"Oh my god," you grab your pillow and let out a muffled scream.
Seriously, this guy knows how to drive you insane.
