You are in the basement of your house, goofing around and hanging out with your best friend Hunter. You were supposed to be getting ready for school tomorrow, but Hunter came over with popcorn and the new Lego Batman game and then you got distracted. Your parents aren't there, so you don't have to worry about getting lectures anytime soon. Right now, Hunter is too busy laughing and driving the Lego car around and crashing into things while you're trying to complete the mission.

"Dang it Hayes! Will you help a girl out? I'm trying to complete this mission!" You say with a laugh. "Hey! I'm collecting coins so we can have money and buy more characters in the future. I AM helping you out!" He says, smirking and slightly nudging you. "I guess you're right. What would I do without you?" You say, leaning on him and causing him to fall over on the couch. "Nothing because you wouldn't have snacks, Lego batman, and a handsome Cajun as your best friend!"

"You are handsome!" you blurt out. He pauses the game and gives you a kiss on your head, making you blush. You stare at each other for a few seconds, completely silent. You want to tell him how you feel about him, but you don't know how he feels about you, and you don't want to make things awkward between you two. "So...um...did you want to go upstairs and get some snacks?" He says, breaking the silence and looking away. "What? Oh yeah! That's fine. We can totally go upstairs and get some snacks..." you say.

You jump up and start heading upstairs and Hunter follows you. While you put the popcorn in the microwave, Hunter starts looking through the fridge for something to drink. "(Y/N) please tell me that there is coffee in this house SOMEWHERE," he says with a laugh. "Sorry Hayes. We don't have any coffee. However, we do have a lot of tea in the fridge..." you say. "(Y/N) you know how I feel about tea..." he says, pouting. "I know but tea is healthier for you..." you say as you reach into the fridge and grab a few bottles of your favorite tea. "More tea, less coffee. It's good for your voice anyway..."

"Okay mother," he says, laughing and taking the bottles of tea out of your hand. You smile and grab the popcorn out of the microwave. You start to head towards the basement before you realize that you need to get ready for school tomorrow. "Oh shoot. Hey H, I have to get my outfit ready for school tomorrow. Can you turn off the game downstairs for me?"

"Yeah sure!" He says as he walks past you and starts heading downstairs. You head upstairs to your room and start immediately looking for something to wear to school tomorrow.

"Find anything yet?" Hunter says as he walks into your room and sits on the bed with the bottles of tea in his hands. "No not really!" You say with a laugh. "Do you have any ideas?"

"What about that cute little mickey mouse sweater, some skinny jeans, and some red high top converse?" He suggests. "What about head accessories?" You ask. "Wear that cute little red bandana! It looks cute on you," He says with a smile.

You blush at his comment and start to lay out all your clothes for tomorrow. Hunter is always giving you compliments. You've been friends with him for so long that anyone would think that you'd be used to it by now, but you're not.

"Hey (Y/N)!" Hunter calls. "What's up?" You reply. "What are we going to do now?" He says as he lays down on his back towards the end of your bed. "I don't know...what do you want to do?" You ask. He stretches his arms and his shirt flies down, revealing his abs and EVERYTHING, and making you scream.

"Are you okay?" He says as he immediately sits up and fixes his shirt. "Yeah I'm fine! Just stop stretching! I don't want you to get hurt..." you say, trying not to giggle. Of course you don't want Hunter to get hurt, but seriously that stunt he just pulled almost killed you. Though you're sure that he didn't do it on purpose...

"(Y/N) you don't have to worry about me! I very rarely get hurt," he says with a smirk. "Hunter, yes you do!" You say with a laugh. "No I don't. And I'll prove it. I'm going to do a simple flip off your bed without hurting myself," he says. "Okay lets see it!" You reply.

He lays on his back again and touches the floor with his hands, getting into a bridge position. He tries to kick over several times, and surprisingly he does kick over without hurting himself, but he does it so fast that when he stands up, he accidentally backs up into your dresser and almost makes it fall over.

You flop onto your bed and start laughing. "Oh my god! Will you shut up? It wasn't that bad!" He says, laughing with you. "It totally was!" You reply.

He grabs one of the pillows on your bed and tosses it at you, but you duck and it hits the lamp on your nightstand and knocks it over. "Dang it Hayes! Why are you always breaking stuff?" You say as you laugh and pick up your broken lamp. "I guess I don't know how strong I really am," he says.

"Obviously you don't you little Cajun turd!" you say as you grab your pillow and toss it at him. "Hey! I may be a Cajun turd, but I am a very lovable Cajun turd," he says, surprising you and kissing your cheek. You laugh and nod in agreement. "So...what are we going to do now?" He asks. "You wanna watch a movie? I just got The Amazing Spider-Man 2 on DVD..." you suggest. "YES I DO," he replies.

You smile and start setting up the movie. You get some fleece blankets out of your closet and sit your popcorn on your nightstand. After you and Hunter get comfortable, you start watching the movie.  Halfway through the movie, you're paying attention and then you're dozing off and thinking about whether you should tell Hunter how you feel or not. The very thought makes your heart race. Should you really tell him?
