"HE SHOULD BE COMING OUT OVER HERE!" You yell, leaning forward and pointing to where Hunter said he would be once he got off the plane.
"Hey! You're yelling in my ear!" Your dad yells. "Sorry!" You say, laughing and sitting back down.
Your mom pulls over to where Hunter should be and you start looking out the window to see if you can spot him.
"Jeez someone's excited!" Your mom says, smiling and looking at you. "I sure am!" You say, holding up the poster you made last night that has Hunter's name on it. You wanted to make sure that he could spot you, okay?
"Someone's a little TOO excited," your dad says, looking at you and raising an eyebrow. "Come on dad, it's not like that!" You say with a smile. "I know it's not LIKE THAT. It won't be LIKE THAT until he gets my approval," he says with a laugh.
You just shake your head and go back to looking out of the window.
"Jaidyn! Isn't that him over there?" Your mom says, reaching over your dad and pointing to a blonde haired boy wearing sunglasses and carrying a suitcase and what looks like a guitar case.
You don't even reply. You just scream and jump out of the car with your poster in your hands.
As you approach Hunter, he sits his luggage on the ground, takes off his sunglasses, and pulls out his cell phone, probably to text you and let you know that he's arrived.
After a few seconds, he puts his phone away and looks up. "CUPCAKE!"
He runs towards you and wraps you up in his arms, making you drop the sign you made.
You wrap your arms around him and just enjoy the feeling of his strong arms around you and the smell of his cologne.
When he pulls away, he grabs your face and kisses you on the cheek. "How are you?"
"I'm doing good now that you're here!" You say, blushing. "Welcome to Nashville Hunter!"
Pictures don't do this man justice. He looks ten times more beautiful in person. Everything about him is perfect. His eyes are so bright and blue and his smile is contagious. And you've heard his voice on his Instagram videos of him singing, but its even more dreamy in person.
"Thank you. By the way, you um...you look amazing...as usual," he says with a smile.
You try not to giggle but you can't help it. After saying "oh my god" and "thank you" a million times, you offer to help him with his bags.
After putting his luggage in the trunk, you both hop in the back seat of the car.
"Hi Mr and Mrs (Y/L/N)!" Hunter says, smiling and shaking their hands. "Hi Hunter! It's a pleasure to finally meet you. Jaidyn talks about you a lot," your mom replies. "Yeah. She talks about you A LOT," your dad says, looking at you and smirking.
You give him the "dad PLEASE" look and focus your attention on Hunter.
"The pleasure is mine. It's amazing to finally be here. I've been wanting to meet you guys for a long time now. Especially cupcake!" He says, smiling and looking at you.
"CUPCAKE?" Your dad yells. Hunter nods. "That's my nickname for her. We kinda have nicknames for each other. Well, kind of! I call her cupcake sometimes and she just calls me Hunt or H."
Your dad looks at you and raises and eyebrow again and starts laughing. You can already tell that its going to be a crazy weekend.
