You head upstairs and knock on the guest bedroom door, where Hunter is. "Come in!"

You open the door and see Hunter laying in the bed looking like he's about to fall asleep any minute now.

"Are you okay? You look tired..." You say, closing the door behind you and sitting down next to him. "Yeah I'm fine. I just had a lot of things on my mind, ya know?" He replies. "Yeah. Me too," you say.

You're about to get into the discussion about how you feel about him, but then he randomly suggests that you both play truth or dare for fun.

"Truth or dare? Hunter, don't we need like three players for that?" You say with a laugh. "I don't think we do. And even if that's the case, we'll just have to break the rules," he says, sitting up. "Okay..." you laugh. "You go first."

"Okay. Truth or dare?" He asks. "Truth!" You reply. "Okay. What do you think about long distance relationships?" He asks. "I think they're okay. If I was in one, I would probably miss my boyfriend like crazy, but if he came to visit me I'd be really happy," you reply.

He smiles and nods. "Okay. Now it's your turn!"

"Okay um...truth or dare?" You ask. "Dare!" He replies. "Okay I dare you to tell me one thing about your crush..." you say. He takes a minute to respond, trying to figure out how he wants to answer the question. You're anxious to know his answer. "She doesn't realize how beautiful I think she is..." he replies.

You both stare at each other for a minute before he breaks the silence. "Sorry...um...truth or dare?"

"Um...truth I guess!" You reply. "Have you ever been kissed before?" He asks. "No I haven't," you laugh. "I know that's a little weird..."

He shakes his head. "It's not weird. I've never been kissed either. By the way it's your turn again..."

"Oh yeah! Truth or dare?" You say. "Um...let's do dare again," he says with a smile. "Okay. I dare you to tell your crush how you really feel about her..." you say.

He just sits there for a minute with this nervous look on his face. At first, you're worried that he won't say or do anything, but then he leans forward and and presses his soft lips to yours. You're a little shocked at first, but eventually you relax and kiss him back. You wrap your arms around his neck and he picks you up and lifts you onto his lap, wrapping his arms around your waist and giving you a slow, meaningful kiss.

When he pulls away, he smiles at you. "You want me to tell you how I feel about my crush, right?"

You smile and nod. You're already starting to get emotional and he hasn't even told you how he feels about you yet.

"Well...I love my crush. She is my world and she has been my world since I first started talking to her a year and a half ago. She's beautiful, she's smart, she's insanely talented, she's sweet, and she's crazy. And there's a million other things I love about her, but if I named all of them, I would go on and on for days. This past weekend, I got the chance to finally meet her and have fun and walk around the city of my dreams and all I kept thinking about was how I wanted her to be mine. I'm going to be leaving tomorrow, and I'm sad that I have to leave because I'm gonna miss her, but I'm still hoping that she'd be willing to be my girlfriend. And if she said yes, I'd promise her that I would send her cute cheesy text messages and call her every night and comment on all of her selfies on Instagram, telling her how beautiful she is, and I would visit her as much as I possibly can until I can finally move out here and have the amazing privilege of seeing her everyday," he says.

Tears of happiness stream down your cheek and he kisses them away. "Hunter Hayes are you telling me that you want me to be your girlfriend?" You ask.

He smiles and nods. "Yes I do."

With that, you kiss him again.
