"Okay wait a minute. YOU KNOW HOW TO PLAY GUITAR, PIANO, THE FRENCH HORN, AND THE TRUMPET?" Hunter asks. You're both at his house, in his studio, discussing music and other things while you wait for his parents to come back to the house with the pizza. "Yes I do!" You say with a smile. Hunter smiles and starts clapping. "My girlfriend is beautiful, my girlfriend is smart, my girlfriend is sweet, my girlfriend is a book nerd, and my girlfriend plays four instruments. I win at life!"
You laugh. "Hunter I'm flattered but I barely know how to play the guitar and the piano. I still have a lot of learning to do."
"And that's what I'm here for! How about this? I can teach you how to play the guitar and the piano, and you can teach me how to play the French horn and the trumpet!" He says. "That sounds like a deal Hayes!" You say as you give Hunter a high five. "Okay so let's play something on the guitar first. Can you get that guitar over there?" He says as he points to a guitar that has the words "For The Love of Music" written on it. You get up, grab the guitar, and sit down on Hunter's lap. "So since you're still trying to figure this thing out, I'm just going to teach you the basics."
He puts one of his arms around you and places his hand on top of yours as he shows you how to play the guitar. After a while, you start to get the hang of it and Hunter lets you play the guitar by yourself. "So...I didn't get the chance to tell you, but I really like those flowers that you gave me the other day," you say, creating conversation. "Really? I was hoping that you'd like them! I wanted to buy you a book instead, but I'm not really into books and I didn't want to risk the chance of getting you a sucky book. So I just got flowers instead! I know that sounds cheesy," he says with a laugh. "Hunter, that's not cheesy. Plus, if you want to, we can go on a Barnes and Noble date one day and I can help you pick out a few books!" You say as you put the guitar down and turn to face him.
He wraps his arms around your waist and gives you a kiss on the cheek, making you blush. "Is that a yes?" You ask. He smiles and nods. "Just let me know when you want to go and I'll take you there."
You're about to say something, but then you hear someone open the door to the studio. "You must be Caroline!" Says the person standing in the doorway. It's Hunter's father Leo. "Yeah thats me!" You say with a smile. You stand up and walk over to where's standing and give him a hug. "It's nice to finally meet you Caroline. Hunter talks about you a lot," he says as he smiles and looks over at Hunter, who is blushing. "Come on upstairs. Lynette's up there with the pizza."
You and Hunter walk upstairs and greet his mother Lynette. You all eat pizza and start having conversation about how your day went and how Hunter can't stop talking about you.
After a while, Leo and Lynette go upstairs and let you and Hunter chill out downstairs. You lay down on the couch and wait for Hunter to pick out some movies. "Okay princess...do you want to watch The Fault In Our Stars and Harry Potter and The Order of The Phoenix?" He asks. "Holy crap Hunter those are some of my favorite movies!" You say with a smile. Seriously this dude is perfect.
"So you want to watch them?" He asks. "Heck yeah I want to watch them!" You reply. "Okay, sweet! So I'll set up the movie and get a blanket and then I can cuddle with my princess!" He says as he jumps up and starts running around and setting everything up.
Just a few minutes later, Hunter has the movie set up, the lights off, his arms wrapped around you, and a cover draped over both of you. Throughout the movie, Hunter occasionally kisses your cheek and makes sure that you're okay, until you fall asleep in his arms.
